It Will affect a lot. Wouldnt you say keeping your registers around the outrance would make your customers walk shorter? Better crowdedness and shorter customer walking time.

I mean, you can, but then the store becomes a little too large. 2 copies of each furniture is enough size, so either shrink the store and add a second floor, or just use it like it is :)
@@Snaproductions I think that if you put the manager on 200% it Will purchase items for about 20k or something. That might be the reason for your loss. You can still use it, but set it on 150%, and after maybe 10 minutes or so, you Will earn. With 200% it might take 20 minutes, and 125% 5 minutes.

Vehicles are only good to sell if you have over 50, preferably 100 money trees. To put it in perspective: if you instant deliver a vehicle and then sell it, you lose money. I suggest you to stick to the furniture category alone.

Roem i need help, i made this same strat with furniture but instead i have 4 unloading spaces for four semi trucks and with the large amount of parking slots the stock always run out and then i get negative money. Because my finance reps are loaning money to people who are supposed to but items that we have no stocks of, so they leave the store and take our money. What is the fix? (When i also do instant delivery my money gets negative)
Alright, so the manager makes you go in depth by purchasing more items. I suggest using one helicopter for furniture with 2 managers set at 200%. Then make sure to play on a private server to maximize earnings. Finance reps cant lose you money, they Just extract money from the customers Banks, like an ATM. Make sure to not have too many workers, but make sure to have enough security. 2-3 guards is fine for a large store.
i've got a 5 star rating, 19 parking slots wich are always full, a massive building, a 50k and 10k signand great staff/security. i barely make any money. :/
This is a recipe to create your own stores, not a direct layout. It totally depends on what your needs are. If you have lots of money and need a layout, sure go ahead and use it.

I have one question how do I adjust the parking lot to allow the worker to drive the truck to the loading deck?
You can Just put the garage facing the Black area. It counts as open area. Just make sure to keep it long enough for the vehicles to park.

The finance reps basically gives your customers money, in a way. Think of it like a an ATM - a bank so they can take out more cash.
