For people wondering since it wasn't mentioned in the video, here are the workers used at the beginning of the layout, as well as all of the specifications allocated to them. Once you have first build the layout, you want to hire; 1 Restockers, 2 Finance Reps, and 1 Manager. Within the manager settings, you want to switch `Instant Delivery` on to receive goods without the need of a vehicle. You also want to switch the `Amount to Stock` to 100%. Once you have started the layout and made the money necessary, you will be able to hire more staff. This includes; 1 Janitor and 1 Guard. Make sure that with the addition of the Janitor, you also build a Dumpster close to one of the exits of the store, so your employee(s) can empty the bins properly. The rest is self explanatory and the video does a good job at explaining the more broad details to the build. :)

I used the layout and immediately went to debt what happened was i hired the manager but i didnt turned on the instant delivery so 8k L of cargo cant be picked up and now i am stuck So i started another save around 8 hours of play time i got 1.5 mil that is like way better than my main store which was like growing at the speed of turtle Very good tutorial
this is fricking such a useful video. one thing you didn’t mention is how you could make it so the manager restocked instantly, because i forgot it existed. lol i had to stock for 20 minutes straight before starting up again. thanks man, keep up the amazing work 🔥

Guess you played on a public server am I right? And you are also supposed to expand along the way, already doubling your income after 1/hr meaning you earn 120k/hr. Already it only takes 8 hours to reach 1 million, even with only one expansion. When I mean expansion, I explained it in the end of the video. Second floor, more parking lots etc.

ive tried this for like 8 hours while i went to work and this is what i found and how to make it exactly go 240k an hour -the guard sometimes wanders off and takes too long to catch the robber when it goes through the security gates, so i recommend placing 2 cameras at the entrance so you can catch robbers when they enter the store. -when youve hired the delivery driver, make sure to place those hanging plants around the storage shelves so to not impact decoration, if its close to the shop -you actually need to place two more parking spaces (so 8 in total), this will kind of impact the crowdedness rating but its oh well -i also placed an employee only door at the spaces he left open on the sides, because sometimes customers walk through there and take a longer way to the exit. robbers could also walk through the open spaces. if you dont have cameras yet, they wont walk through the gates and the security wont be alerted tested mine with all these improvements, and it did in fact make 240k/hr

You can expand it however you want! I like to Just add a second floor, and Just expand with more parking slots, bus, maybe a bit more spacious. I suggest sticking to furniture only until you have 32 money trees. Then you can sell whatever you want to get more trees ^^

Sounds odd. As long as robbers dont steal your items, you play on a fast private server, and you just give it some time (maybe 15 minutes), you should already see lots of money...

Server lag slows earnings. Also, in the start it doesnt earn too much cuz the manager has to buy backup items. By Just playing some more, you will see the earnings increase.
When you get 32 money trees you can sell whatever. I believe vehicles also sell well at that point of the game. But since I havent calculated it yet, I suggest getting 50-100 money trees before you sell vehicles.

I Will try once I have time. Been very busy lately, but it is possible I can make one in mby 2 weeks time. Before that I suggest you to do two floors, same layout. It works very well.
I suggest 200% percent with delivery drivers, and anywhere from 125% - 200% with instant delivery. The larger items, the higher percentage. Furniture for example at 200%.
Is there a way you should expand the shop? Currently i'm just copying the same box over and over but changing tiny things so i can keep the 5 stars. Also would it be okay to switch the the registers what can store candy?
I think you only should sell furniture cuz customers expect things within categories right, but it might work. You can do whatever really, it is up to you, but if your goal is to become as rich as possible you should sell furniture until 32 money trees, then small electronics and then vehicles.
After 1 hour of using this, I had made about 70k. I had taken about 30 minutes to make an expansion. At 2 hours I had an average hourly profit of 95k (store time divided by total money made). At 2.5 hours I had an average of 115k. I continue to check every few minutes and I gained about 3k/H average every 5 minutes about without even adding any more stands. At 5.01 hours I have an average of 199,659 per hour and a total of 1,000,290 made. If anyone wants to copy my layout expansions let me know and we can hop into a game together :)
I'm happy with what I have 20x20 store Big appliance 4-types 36x Small appliances 5-types 496x Edit: I make about 5k per 1 min Edit 2: ok maybe like 2.5k per 1 min

Bruh i dont have enough money to buy truck drivers or truck to put furnitures cuz it will be more than 7K garage and truck will cost sooo 1k for furnitures is pretty bad option but if i could have more money i could afford this farm soo i suggest people to first farm some more money than 5 k like 10k of it and then sell everything and do this farm
did use a semi truck with manager at 200%? if not, what % did you set your manager to because I only make 13,000 in 30 minutes. Also how many workers did you hire?
i tried this and it works great ! ngl.... i hired gaurd, manager with 100% and instant delivery.... i can now fully afk .... after like 17 mins, i have made 15k.... the manager will go crazy in the start, but just have patience, you will make profit, slowly but steadily. then when you have like 50k, delete everything (keep the employess cuz they are leveled up and skilled) and build a proper store with walls, decoration and everything.... you probably gotta afk for 1 hour, just watch some youtube

The first 5 minutes were slow but then got up to 10k in less than 6 minutes! This is by far the best method!

With furniture, you never need more than 10k storage pretty much. Just add some until you see the storage not filling up completely 😄

I suggest 200% percent with delivery drivers, and anywhere from 125% - 200% with instant delivery. The larger items, the higher percentage. Furniture for example at 200%.

Is there a way you should expand the shop? Currently i'm just copying the same box over and over but changing tiny things so i can keep the 5 stars. Also would it be okay to switch the the registers what can store candy?
I think you only should sell furniture cuz customers expect things within categories right, but it might work. You can do whatever really, it is up to you, but if your goal is to become as rich as possible you should sell furniture until 32 money trees, then small electronics and then vehicles.

After 1 hour of using this, I had made about 70k. I had taken about 30 minutes to make an expansion. At 2 hours I had an average hourly profit of 95k (store time divided by total money made). At 2.5 hours I had an average of 115k. I continue to check every few minutes and I gained about 3k/H average every 5 minutes about without even adding any more stands.
At 5.01 hours I have an average of 199,659 per hour and a total of 1,000,290 made. If anyone wants to copy my layout expansions let me know and we can hop into a game together :)

The 5 types of small appliances are toaster, toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker

@@Unicorn_Furry ah yeah. Appliances work quite well in order to earn, but if you want to maximize your earning potential, selling furniture instead should increase it by about 30-40%. However, that is up to you ofc.

Bruh i dont have enough money to buy truck drivers or truck to put furnitures cuz it will be more than 7K garage and truck will cost sooo 1k for furnitures is pretty bad option but if i could have more money i could afford this farm soo i suggest people to first farm some more money than 5 k like 10k of it and then sell everything and do this farm

i tried this and it works great ! ngl.... i hired gaurd, manager with 100% and instant delivery.... i can now fully afk .... after like 17 mins, i have made 15k.... the manager will go crazy in the start, but just have patience, you will make profit, slowly but steadily. then when you have like 50k, delete everything (keep the employess cuz they are leveled up and skilled) and build a proper store with walls, decoration and everything.... you probably gotta afk for 1 hour, just watch some youtube
