For people wondering since it wasn't mentioned in the video, here are the workers used at the beginning of the layout, as well as all of the specifications allocated to them. Once you have first build the layout, you want to hire; 1 Restockers, 2 Finance Reps, and 1 Manager. Within the manager settings, you want to switch `Instant Delivery` on to receive goods without the need of a vehicle. You also want to switch the `Amount to Stock` to 100%. Once you have started the layout and made the money necessary, you will be able to hire more staff. This includes; 1 Janitor and 1 Guard. Make sure that with the addition of the Janitor, you also build a Dumpster close to one of the exits of the store, so your employee(s) can empty the bins properly. The rest is self explanatory and the video does a good job at explaining the more broad details to the build. :)

Guess you played on a public server am I right? And you are also supposed to expand along the way, already doubling your income after 1/hr meaning you earn 120k/hr. Already it only takes 8 hours to reach 1 million, even with only one expansion. When I mean expansion, I explained it in the end of the video. Second floor, more parking lots etc.

You can expand it however you want! I like to Just add a second floor, and Just expand with more parking slots, bus, maybe a bit more spacious. I suggest sticking to furniture only until you have 32 money trees. Then you can sell whatever you want to get more trees ^^

uhhh I did the tutorial and now I'm in debt; is it because I don't have a truck delivery driver? I only have the basic one, because I started a new save and it restocks so slowly because the delivery driver doesn't do it fast enough. I get money, but then I immediately lose all of it and go debt!
Your in debt cuz of the manager. Dont worry, it isnt a problem. Just let the store run for a while and you Will earn. Also, use instant delivery for furniture, unless you have a semi or a helicopter.

@@FN43 interesting. Another guy claimed to have earned 60k in 1/hr, but if you hired more staff, maybe missed a couple of robbers, then that might be the case. Anyways, it doesnt matter too much, you got money now and can expand further ;)
ive tried this for like 8 hours while i went to work and this is what i found and how to make it exactly go 240k an hour -the guard sometimes wanders off and takes too long to catch the robber when it goes through the security gates, so i recommend placing 2 cameras at the entrance so you can catch robbers when they enter the store. -when youve hired the delivery driver, make sure to place those hanging plants around the storage shelves so to not impact decoration, if its close to the shop -you actually need to place two more parking spaces (so 8 in total), this will kind of impact the crowdedness rating but its oh well -i also placed an employee only door at the spaces he left open on the sides, because sometimes customers walk through there and take a longer way to the exit. robbers could also walk through the open spaces. if you dont have cameras yet, they wont walk through the gates and the security wont be alerted tested mine with all these improvements, and it did in fact make 240k/hr
I suggest 200% percent with delivery drivers, and anywhere from 125% - 200% with instant delivery. The larger items, the higher percentage. Furniture for example at 200%.
When you get 32 money trees you can sell whatever. I believe vehicles also sell well at that point of the game. But since I havent calculated it yet, I suggest getting 50-100 money trees before you sell vehicles.

Server lag slows earnings. Also, in the start it doesnt earn too much cuz the manager has to buy backup items. By Just playing some more, you will see the earnings increase.
Is there a way you should expand the shop? Currently i'm just copying the same box over and over but changing tiny things so i can keep the 5 stars. Also would it be okay to switch the the registers what can store candy?
I think you only should sell furniture cuz customers expect things within categories right, but it might work. You can do whatever really, it is up to you, but if your goal is to become as rich as possible you should sell furniture until 32 money trees, then small electronics and then vehicles.
@@krischoooo some servers are faster than others, and if it is, you will earn lots more money. In fact, server lag is the biggest reason to reduced income. I managed to earn 800k net worth per hour once (before money trees), but it never happened again, even thought I joined new private servers.

Well, in order to earn money as fast as possible, I suggest you to use instant delivery all until you can afford a semi truck later in the game. The reason is that furniture is really large, and requires a good truck.

This is so useful. I made a new save and played for about 4 h 30 m and got around 100K. Although I wasn't close to 1 million, I got the most I've EVER got. I used to have 4 - 5K on my saves, but when I used the furniture and gym things layout, i got around 50 - 60K on that save in total. The first time I tried this layout, I didn't get much money. But the next time I got 100K. Not as much as you said (I played 4.5 hours), but that's probably because I spent some money on decorations and stuff, I didn't buy more things that give you money. Anyways thanks a LOT , this video definitely deserves a like and sub!
It doesnt really matter, but I do suggest using finance rep desks for finance reps, and manager desks for managers. It helps keeping a system in your store.

The first 5 minutes were slow but then got up to 10k in less than 6 minutes! This is by far the best method!

I think you only should sell furniture cuz customers expect things within categories right, but it might work. You can do whatever really, it is up to you, but if your goal is to become as rich as possible you should sell furniture until 32 money trees, then small electronics and then vehicles.

@@krischoooo some servers are faster than others, and if it is, you will earn lots more money. In fact, server lag is the biggest reason to reduced income. I managed to earn 800k net worth per hour once (before money trees), but it never happened again, even thought I joined new private servers.

With furniture, you never need more than 10k storage pretty much. Just add some until you see the storage not filling up completely 😄

@@Roem the 4 types of big appliances are fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven.
The 5 types of small appliances are toaster, toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker

@@Unicorn_Furry ah yeah. Appliances work quite well in order to earn, but if you want to maximize your earning potential, selling furniture instead should increase it by about 30-40%. However, that is up to you ofc.

Sounds odd. Setting it on 200% and instant delivery should help you out. If you run delivery driver, then the delivery driver might be the issue.

Well, in order to earn money as fast as possible, I suggest you to use instant delivery all until you can afford a semi truck later in the game. The reason is that furniture is really large, and requires a good truck.

This is so useful. I made a new save and played for about 4 h 30 m and got around 100K. Although I wasn't close to 1 million, I got the most I've EVER got. I used to have 4 - 5K on my saves, but when I used the furniture and gym things layout, i got around 50 - 60K on that save in total. The first time I tried this layout, I didn't get much money. But the next time I got 100K. Not as much as you said (I played 4.5 hours), but that's probably because I spent some money on decorations and stuff, I didn't buy more things that give you money. Anyways thanks a LOT , this video definitely deserves a like and sub!

The two desks you built were any employee desks, are those the correct ones?
It doesnt really matter, but I do suggest using finance rep desks for finance reps, and manager desks for managers. It helps keeping a system in your store.
