@@SalesforceChef they asked for some details about business processes and probably wanted me to explain past work experience business models and I stumbled and stuttered due to lack of experience and lack of preparation for the phone call. Most of the other recruiters have not asked technical details on the 1st phone call interview. Needless to say I didn't get callbacks from the 1st interviews that I knew I bombed. Watching your videos is helping me develop an actual interview strategy instead of just winging it and fumbling occasionally. New to IT field.
