Brian needs to pick up his energy level a notch. In a real interview, you better ask some questions if you wish to show interest/enthusiasm about the position. It will be a deal killer if you walk into a Salesforce developer interview and state you don't have any Apex coding to share. That's my 2 cents.

It is funny that we have to pretend to rememberin how long we had been working in every interview to give an impression to the interviewer that it is the first time after a long time, we are being interviewed :D
