At 1:04 you stated that the best cpu will be eith the highest clock soeed whictis true but after effects can eat 4 cores with hyper threading for mid level projects and after 10 cores its basically very little improvement hence the sweet spot for a CPU or any CPU in AE will be the ine with 6 cores 12 threads and a regular 3.2GHz-4.5GHz clock speed. Therefore its not only about single core performance, multi core performance matters just as much especially for the versions 2022 and onwards where Adobe specifically made it clear in the preferences and render tab that now AE will take advantage of high core counts either you use those to handle a specific project or render stuff using the multi core rendering option. I personally prefer the file to be exported in Media Encoder since it can use GPU acceleration and take the project of AE so that you can work on something else.
Your chart in 2:35 is wrong. It totally depends on the project and the settings of the comp. For example to make motion backgrounds whcih are 8bpc 1080p 60fps you need more than 16gb RAM hence 32gb being the sweetspot. In AE Ram speed matters a lot. The slowest ram you should get is a 3200MHz kit. For 1440p or 2k projects with 8bpc or 16bpc 60fps or more you should have 64gb ram. Lastly for 4k projects you should have at least 64. The sweetspot will be anything above that like 128GB. But another thing to keep in mind is that if youre making an animated 2d opener with or without illustartrd characters rigged with rig systems you will need at least 32gb (AT LEAST). Keeping this aspect in mind there is no fixed amount of ram for certain resolutions and the type of project determines the amount of resources that will be consumed along with other composition settings. To determine the highest value components for different use cases authentic sources must be used or experienced professionals must be asked about it
