I live in a bachelor pad and even though I don't party every night, every night is a party. So this helps tremendously when I am trying to get my rest in. I use my JBL speaker and turn it up. Some deeper noises will vibrate my entire room. This noise is much better for blocking conversation and eliminating loud music playing in another room. Once you get your mind set to it, it will put you in sleep mode almost immediately. Thank you 💓☺️

It's really cool how universal static waves and a waterfall sound so similar. We don't usually consider tv static natural but it absolutely is as natural as a waterfall. Remnant energy from the past bombarding us constantly. A waterfall of waves through space.
I like it for focusing when awake. But for sleeping, for me, it wouldn't work unless I had the sound turned up to deafening levels. My tinnitus is VERY loud and high pitched. Usually sleep with 2 enormous fans on high right by the bed, otherwise it keeps me awake all night. Def prefer black screen (otherwise my partner won't let me have the tv on) but when it's just me taking a nap, having a visual is fine. Thank you, and I'm gonna hit subscribe so I can hopefully try more!
I've been suffering from insomnia for years. I've been listening to this every night for almost a week. Since then I've been getting 2-3 more hours of sleep every night. I'm less tired during the day. The sound makes me feel like I'm back in Switzerland listening to the steady roar of a glacier fed waterfall cutting through a mountain.
2 years on and still clicking every day to sleep then drown out noise the other half of the day. Helps me with my misophonia. Again many thanks! 🙏 You saved my mental health and made it easier for others at home and work.
I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this video. I have some children living on one side of me who love to shoot hoops about 15 feet from my window, and on the other side I have (very sweet) dog who barks at EVERYTHING. Can't be helped, just the normal sounds of living in a neighborhood, but I am easily bothered by noise. This video is the only thing keeping me sane some days, as it blocks noise on both sides of my home. Will try to donate what I can when I can as often as I can because I am truly grateful! Thank you!
Love it, it compliments my fan and AC perfectly (fan and AC wasn't loud enough)..... Found the video a week ago, I've been sleeping much better since... Thank you...
I don't have issues falling asleep, I have issues staying asleep. I have been listening to 'brown noise' for 4 nights now. For the most part, I have been staying asleep longer than my usual 3-4 hours. I am hoping if I keep listening to it, I will stay asleep longer. I do not know how I have never heard of it before. I find it very soothing and relaxing.
oh, wow - this is the depth - the sound of a late fall rainstorm, in the Appalachian mountains - with the Ocoee roaring a few miles down- it's the sound of the rain hitting the blanket of fallen leaves on mossy mountainsides - the focusing of deep sounds rolling through the steep valleys. perfection.
I see a primordial ocean in lifeless Earth...at the beginning of time. (“Darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”)
This is so soothing. The tinnitus just kinda disappears into the background. But unlike music, it doesn't make my brain translate what's going on. I might actually sleep decent tonight.
I had never heard of brown noise but I really like it. It is much better for me than the white noise that to me is harsh and loud. This is soft and a lower pitch and does the trick. Thank you!

Holy crap. This actually cancels out A LARGE PORTION of my tinnitus. I turned it on and off a few times thats crazy. I am actually keep this on while I trade today. My head feels clearer. THANK YOU.
I read some of the comments on this video. They are quite helpful, so I thought I should share my experience. I am a musician, so I get exposed to really loud music for prolonged periods of time. Even though I wear ear protection, my ears have been killing me for the past few weeks. I have tinnitus and hyperacusis. Tinnitus is the constant ringing in your ear(s), while hyperacusis is the perception that sounds are louder than they are, and even painful. I got both of these conditions from performing loud music. My hyperacusis is worse than my tinnitus. I mostly hear a ringing on my left ear, but sometimes on my right. Hyperacusis, on the other hand, is painful almost all the time. Almost any sound irritates my ears, and they hurt. I also have a baby who sometimes cries, or screams, and this makes my pain to come back, or get worse. Today, I spoke with my nurse about it, and she advised me to stop drinking alcohol, coffee, or aspirin because any of these make the condition worse. She also advised me to listen to brown noise to soothe my ears, so here I am. My appointment to see the audiologist was scheduled in a few weeks. So far, the brown noise is soothing my ears. I don’t hear my tinnitus on my left ear anymore, but it took me a while. I still feel some pain in both ears, but I think it is working. I also noticed that I am very relaxed. My heart rate went down, and my breath is slower, almost as it is time to fall asleep. So, this also helps with anxiety, and insomnia. I hope my comment was helpful for those of you struggling from the same or something similar.
This is how I describe my tinnitus- hearing it out of my head helps so much like nobody will understand but it’s actually brought a tear to my eye because it’s the first time I’ve HERD it instead of felt. Like I don’t know why this is comforting but I hear this 24/7 on my head so actually HEARING it dampens the sound in my own head 😭
Whoa i dont even hear the ringing in my ears while this is playing :O what a relief!!! Ugh the ringing in my ears never stop and when i don't have a fan on it gets worse and makes my head hurt so this is AMAZING! :D

Thank you!
This sounds like my air conditioning 😃
I can't sleep without the a/c on.. this will be a nice replacement 😴
Much cheaper to run
And you wont be freezing in the middle of the night
haha, same... my best friend is a fan heater
My heart hurts for you in Tucson, Arizona extremely hot weather.
I bet this is what the quantum field sounds like. Pure bliss.
When you stick your head out the car window on the highway..
I loved the brown noise !
I've finally found my sleep "music"!! Thank you. 😴
I'm so in love with this!!! Thank you!!! And to everyone reading this comment, YOU ARE ENOUGH and I love you💜
Sleep well tishsongbird.
Love it, it compliments my fan and AC perfectly (fan and AC wasn't loud enough)..... Found the video a week ago, I've been sleeping much better since... Thank you...
One of my fav brown noise videos
I don't have issues falling asleep, I have issues staying asleep. I have been listening to 'brown noise' for 4 nights now. For the most part, I have been staying asleep longer than my usual 3-4 hours. I am hoping if I keep listening to it, I will stay asleep longer. I do not know how I have never heard of it before. I find it very soothing and relaxing.
oh, wow - this is the depth - the sound of a late fall rainstorm, in the Appalachian mountains - with the Ocoee roaring a few miles down- it's the sound of the rain hitting the blanket of fallen leaves on mossy mountainsides - the focusing of deep sounds rolling through the steep valleys. perfection.
I'm happy you like it Suzy. Sleep well.
*As soon as I put this on I felt a sense of relaxation and peace like I have never felt before from a sound video. Thank you so much!* 😊
Wow! Never heard of brown noise. Sounds like oceans and waterfalls and major heavy rain.
I see a primordial ocean in lifeless Earth...at the beginning of time. (“Darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”)
I can see turbines... lots and lots of turbines..
And then...

@@Rafael-iy6ew I know right..? I kinda want some!
Holy hell that instantly hit my brain.... much better than white noise
Thank you!
This sounds like the office building AC system ☺️ a classic
Just so interesting how many heroes like this are on UA-cam. Weird things we need to cope with whatever's going on. Brown noise helps me calm. And more specifically if it was rain and thunder
Oh my God! THIS IS A HIDDEN TREASURE!!! Thank You SO much for posting! Peace, Love and a GOOD NIGHT SLEEP to ALL! ☺
Thanks for this gift. going to share this with many stressed friends for rest. my friend just introduced brown noise to me. instantly loving it
I legit get chills hearing this
Perfect Sound for relaxing and sleep 👍
This is amaaaaazing! Best brown noise I've heard yet ..love the visual too! Thank you.
I think I'm starting to form Tinnitus and this definitely helps
I'm using this to focus during an all-nighter, and it's been going very well so far. Thank you 🥰
This is basically like the ocean, without the breaks. I dig it!
Oh, this is nice. Definitely reminds me of nature in many forms.
Wow, one second in and i couldnt hear my tinnitus ! Thank you , i cant believe it!
same here! kinda wish we couldn’t hear our tinnitus at all after experiencing this
@@voidjest that would be so amazing.
Yes, I love it. I'm into "sound." And being relaxed.
Turning the volume up and down is like adding or removing a layer of noise wth
It’s trippy ass hell when you do it slow
Its like pouring another layer of sand on top
Realizing that made it even better, thanks!
The sounds of a tumultuous muddy ocean with heaving waves
Whoa i dont even hear the ringing in my ears while this is playing :O what a relief!!! Ugh the ringing in my ears never stop and when i don't have a fan on it gets worse and makes my head hurt so this is AMAZING! :D
We can hear frequencies it's a gift not a curse I've learned and have been learning to live with it. This also helps with meditation as well try deep meditation focusing only on the ringing and thank me later.
This is the only Brown noise I
listen to, help drown out other
sounds indoors and outside
MATTERS PEOPLE PEACE&LOVE
Woah, I thought this was gonna be obnoxious but it sounds like the ocean. This is relaxing.
Just discovered brown noise- sooo restful. I have a sleep mask with Bluetooth patches for my ears- works beautifully.
I have been dealing with tinnitus ever since coming back from Vietnam. Constant ringing 24/7. I have yet to find relief but listening to this has helped, but the ringing is still there but not as bad as it had been.
Drives me crazy, dealing with this
Absolutely love this. So soothing. Sounds like a never ending pillow rub, and i love those, they're my fav. Great job👍👌❤️❤️
