- This week I made a power mix of awesome waterfall sounds blended together with 10 hours of pink noise sounds for sleeping or studying. Yes, pink noise really is a thing and this video has a nice mix of the two sleep sounds at the same time. I like this noise much better than white noise because I feel it sounds less harsh and a bit more soothing. Different types of noises like this are often used for Tinnitus sound therapy by masking out the effects. If you like color noise for sleeping, give this one a try. I think a bit of waterfall really blends nicely with the noise and they really compliment each other.

This is my all-time favorite.
One of the greatest sounds ever made
I use 'sound/sleep' videos to mask outside noises from my dog. Dog's hear high frequencies very well (Squeaking little animals they were hunting in the wild.) so my dog can hear the 'tic tic tic' of another dog's claws on the footpath outside, or the jingle of a dog's tags and that gets him barking. Not a big problem during the day but when we are trying to sleep in, in the morning, something that blocks those outside sounds BUT which we can find relaxing is exactly on point. This video might be the best I've found yet - with the low rumble and that high hiss it really blocks outside sound superbly well. Thanks for the idea well implemented.
this is about the only thing ive found that helps the ringing in my ears ive been playing it at night when i sleep on my phone in the background.
