That's the easiest part of a business, the government website has all the guides to do this. Trust me, testing is significantly more brain energy consuming then simple paper work. Goodluck with whatever you're trying to start!
Maybe you could clean a friend or family members car a few times? This gives you testimonials, maybe you could post tik toks or something as well, gives you an idea of how long it takes and things you could get to make the process easier or quicker etc
