This is all so true. The racial and political division is painful and so very sad. I'm glad they spoke on these issues.
Totally agree
Love harder! That's a word!
Be kind.. love each other ❤
Love is the greatest gift of all !!
WOW. The studying of the passage Matthew 18:15 - 17 blew my mind! So beautiful! Thank you ladies. xx
Wowwww!!!! I never knew that!!!
Lord I pray that Humans that really say they "Love" You take a look inside their Hearts. Those that have a little understanding know, you can NOT conquer the enemy outside if you don't look at the inner me inside. Seeds planted will always produce fruit of it's kind. Your Grace can cover TRUE repentance, but, You are willing to allow the seeds sown to bear its own fruit. You have proven this before in Your Word.
My my. This touched my heart and really challenged me. I didn’t realise this scripture meant love inspire of. An if course it would Jesus consistently loved and poured his affections upon the gentiles throughout scripture. He extended his ministry to us, non Jews (former Gentiles) for this very reason. Love. An to break the mould of loving those who don’t fit our community. This in of itself reveals the unmatched power of Gods love. This very discussion highlights the sad division in the church where we still show partiality to brethren among brethren instead of loving irregardless as Christ first loved us.
God bless you for your like. Glad it made sense I wasn’t sure it would translate from what I was pulling from deep within my heart.
I’ve been hearing that word “love” for 2021.
Exactly!!!
I'm so happy that they spoke on this issue...The stronger message about LOVE seems to have been drowned out lately.
So good
So convicting ♥
Praise God! Thank you for this message..
0:18 captures the pain I feel each day as a Christian. I'm not sure what 'love harder' means but I understand it better in Alex's presentation. I think we need more practical examples of this so call love harder..it's only by His grace that we will love each other as per God's commandment
Love it....
Yes love harder
🙏🏽❤️
Amen! Love them HARDER. treat them as Jesus treated tax collectors and gentiles - with even more LOVE! What a word! 🔥🔥🔥
Amen
Love em Harder when their hearts are hard and not doing it righ” (tax collector & gentile) and really not wanting to change .... gotta listen again
So true real in Jesus Name Holy Spirit help us adhere to God's words in the Holy Bible we live by with the Holy Spirit help, follow Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ examples in everything, we thank you Lord in everything Amen.
They will know us [followers of Christ] by our love...
How do we do this when there has been so much hatred, bigotry, and division in the church. The hypocrisy has broken my heart.
do you reject the pope?
In order to love others, love yourself first.
Not Jesus, others, you.
But Jesus, you, others.
That's a twist on scripture. The Lord is giving an outline on how you should handle sin. In scenario 1 & 2 they still have a chance to repent. In scenario 3 it tells that you should disassociate if they are unrepentant. There is no extra twist there. Otherwise, you can have adultery, lying, pedophilia, and any sin inside the church bc you just need to love them harder right? Thats like taking scripture on forgiveness in order to keep hurting & abusing someone else-it a twist on scripture. God is love & grace but the unrepentant are going to hell folks. The church is tired of this all is love nonsense. --As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.
@Daniela Williams I was so glad to see your comment - I wanted to make the exact same comment! People are being deceived by false teachers in the church.
The division is not with our brothers and sisters, it is with people who preach and agree to a different God, a different gospel (a watered down gospel that doesn’t address sin) and continually twist scripture to suit their message. They make it about us, what God will bless us with etc - instead of it being about Jesus.
The women on this show and other episodes who call themselves Pastor or teach in church are in direct opposition to Paul’s teaching (2 Timothy 2:11-12).
I pray for them but unfortunately I think they are so deceived in the word of faith movement that they are blinded to the truth - as are their followers.
I would also make note that the seminary this woman is attending must be a word of faith seminary to twist scripture like that. They are the blind leading the blind to lead the blind. Just like people who go to Hillsong ‘college’ which is far from a sound biblical college.
