You can also use an actual shoe stretcher but these shoe trees are also cheaper than a Kiwi shoe stretcher - just make sure which ever method you choose to use, that the shoe is being stretched and not just stuffed.
Which shoe tree is better? The spring loaded one (Ikea) or the adjustable one? I’m just afraid that the spring loaded one will ruin my sneaker because of the stress from it.

I got creases in the front of the toe box just wondering if there's a way to try and avoid that? With a mesh toe box it's fine as it comes out soon as you wear them.
