Elsie's Rifle with Headseeker and Zen Moment.
This is the roll (HIR and High Ground) I've had my eye on since I saw the list of perks. I have a sunset dual damage perk Black Scorpion with Rampage and High Impact Reserves, and it was pretty awesome and seemed to catch a lot of people off guard not expecting it to do so much damage. I haven't really used High Ground at all or much of the 2-burst pulse rifles besides the exotic, so I figured this weapon would be a good reason to try them out.
U keep reloading before high impacts kicks in. It's hard not to reload but ur missing so many two bursts
@@swizzayeee7981 yeah I noticed that when using it, also 2 burst pulses are still new to me so I'm not use to the 2 burst than the 3 bursts
i feel like revision zero is the WAY better version of the two burst weapons but for a ledgendary its not bad and very accessable to players high impact comes in handy for when you fighting many players
@@overkillgaming1424 I was coming that conclusion when using it. Revision Zero just has more of a kick and also Gavation Lance too.
The high impact definitely comes in handy when in more of a 6s or in a team fight
@@DruidT3ch it kicks until you max it out and then all of a sudden it becomes like one of if not the most accurate pulse ive ever used

I suggest building into airborne effectiveness, ophidians, and heat rises so you can really take advantage of high ground. Plus reloading too early. The way you're using it rn is under utilizing it alot.
High ground doesn’t proc unless u are on solid ground btw

it's been less than 36 hours. how do you already have one crafted at level 20 with 150 pvp kills?
Really not that hard, i saved 100 echo grams and got the side arm crafted and the pulse at 4 patterns first thing when act 2 dropped
@@Wakeful_mistake I had 99+ engrams and half of them dropped red and the other half I finished off with my harmonic resonance that I saved up
@@DruidT3chdid you unlock focussing for the sidearm/pulse first? Or just decrypt engrams?
@@LordSnaxx I was locking for everything to either drop/decrypt as red boards and finished it off with harmonic resonance
