COOKING ON TOP OF A MOUNTAIN IRELAND (recipe in description)

Today I was cooking on top of a beautiful mountain in Kerry. I cooked doritos chicken. I crushed up chilli heatwave doritos, slit chicken breasts, dipped in egg and coated the chicken in the doritos. For best results cook in a pan.

Crazy to think between 60/70 people lived there before, we couldn't believe it when the man was telling us, very interesting, I'd love to know why they left the area 🤷

@@richiesfoodnatureireland8126 ya it was a hippy community as far as I remember some of them had teenagers and younger ones moved away from their family's to have normal lives or ended up homeless with addiction problems and they just fell apart guards were always trying to get at them for obvious reasons aswell , Wicklow mountains had communes aswell a while back
