Tried this superset and it was a killer! Great combination of movements. That back loaded lunge is like the short guy who didn’t look like much when you decided to fight him but afterward you were really glad your friends were there to pull him off of you.
Man, that's a great description of the back-loaded lunge. When I first started, the squats were kicking my ass. As I progressed, it was definitely the lunges.
Great exercises. Still looking for actual strength workout with KBs but guess that just means upping the weight and reducing the reps. Maybe that's not a thing/advisable with KBs?
Awesome.....using all of these great videos to fix my bad work out habits..........your kettlebells are awesome as well. Love those powder coated units....
It would depend on your full rounded workout plan, this post is part of the KB4A program you can view here: www.kettlebellkings.com/blog/kettlebells-for-aesthetics-training-program/
How can 2 kettlebells, that a person does not even have to clean, will give any meaningful hypertrophy response? We are not talking about soreness and burn here.

So glad I found an alternative option to bothering with a squat rack. These are killer workouts and space savers to boot.
not to mention because they're no where near as popular as the squat rack, you never have to wait in line to use them at the gym haha
Have to give this a go. Never thought of doing lunges like that.
pro tip : watch series at Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching a lot of movies these days.
@Sage Alonso Definitely, been using Flixzone} for months myself :D

So how many sets total typically?
Great stuff you guys
Question should this superset be done once a week ? Every other day what’s ideal for someone just starting this set

What the benefits of back loaded? I just lunge with the bells still in the rack.
Thanks for watching! The pull of the weight from different angles helps work different parts of your muscles. Thanks!
Too much goddamn talking before the demos.
I don't mind too much, but us youtube folk have short attention spans fellas!
Are they solid or full of sand?
I am the alpha, no I am the alpha, no no I am the alpha.
What weight are those..they look plastic..???
Solid hunk of iron there brah, it's pretty much a cannonball with a handle.
@@DiamorphineDeath yes I use them often just looked like those were empty plastic or very light just for the demo..just curious.
It hits glutes. Backsquat hits legs.
