Beautiful wandering little baseline. My issue when I try to play it was too stiff and not giving room for the chords in between

Thanks Dylan. I don’t know if this is helpful or not but sometimes I think of some of the chords as more percussive than melodic, specifically the non-arpeggiated ones. And when you’re playing solo you can play loose and give the chords as much time as they need.
