Hey guys! So Ann Reardon said you need fizzy sherbet, but some countries don't sell it. Well this can save your day! You might know a lolly pop candy called the 'dipdab', which also has a sherbet powder in it. You might want several packs depending on how much you are making.
I think the way you put this cake together by cutting the whole thing in half and layering in disks if cake then gluing it back together is by far the easiest way to make this coke bottle cake! Thanks for the tip!

Wouldn't it be cool if you put transparent gelatin in the top so it looks translucent, and then when you're going to separate the coke bottle, you just have to go all the way with the knife to the top instead of pushing through the bottle hole! Also, I don't like chocolate, so I would probably just use white "chocolate" and colour it with brown/black food colouring! :)

I made a Coke Bottle Cake yesterday. It was filled with chocolate marble cake and ganache. I shall admit my levels of frustration went through the roof when I was trying to get the bottom section of chocolate out of the plastic bottle! But it did come out, and my guests were very impressed being served half a kilo of chocolate in bottle form. :)
