    sir, what condition must be applied to get option C.
    H2SO4 is also used for dehydration then, then how we know that there is possible or dehydration or not in this quesn or other quesn

      Option C is result of dehydration but look at the position of NH it will be possible to get it if we migrate 1° alkyl part in the rexn mechanism and followed by dehydration in the last step but since that migration is not possible thus option c is not favorable option.
      It could be confusing if the position of NH in the ring would be according to option B and H2SO4 would've been given in excess. Then product would've been dehydrated result of option B

    How to know beckmann rearrangement or beckmann fragmentation occur

      I don't think Barton fragmentation is any reaction, I think you're asking about beckmann fragmentation

      Beckmann fragmentation occurs if you have EDG on alpha carbon of oxime or if they have quarternary carbon anti to hydroxyl group then fragmentation will take place.

    Sir i think here beckman fragmentation observed, because there is a possibility of formation of stable benzylic carbocation and cyanide is formed
