Thanks Alyeza! The great thing about Turkey wings is that they're always available, year round. I've been experimenting with them and we're really becoming fans of them around here.
When u prick the skin all over the fat will be able to drain out that will result in crispier wings so u don’t need the flour and baking powder and yes I pull my wings off at even a higher temp bcuz I brine them over night as well
You’ll love it! Just be sure to avoid the smoked Turkey wings. The skin on those is really tough from being smoked. They’re easy to spot because they’re brown.
I don’t remember friend, but that’s because I go by internal temperature more so than time. Poultry needs to be a minimum of 165 degrees internal. For wings and thighs O usually take them up to about 175. Get a good instant read thermometer, they’re your best friend. Any decent one should take no more than 3 seconds to give you the internal temp. Time wise I’m guessing around 40 minutes, and the grill was somewhere between 400-450.
@@RonOnTheGrill I’ll keep that in mind. I have one and hardly use it. I guess I’m old school and Jonathan gets on me about that very thing. He tells me if I use the thermometer more often I won’t need to worry about time…just the internal temp. I’ll do better friend. Looks good!!!

Thanks! The stuff I do is so simple it’s available on the free editors, lol! Glad you like the videos friend.
Those wings were huuuge!
Yeah man Turkey wings are enormous when you’re used to regular wings. That drummette is like a Turkey Leg without all the tendons.
Dude Turkey wings are pretty tricky and you just killed them. Great job.
Thanks brother!
Your turkey videos are bomb
Thanks man!
Damn that grill hot!!!!
Yeah man! If you want to avoid tough rubbery skin on poultry you gotta run it hot to melt that fat under the skin. Nothing below 275.
You didnt show how you to it together from start to finish but i will like it bc you took the time to post it .
I didn’t? Thanks for bringing it to my attention! What did I miss?
Man those look good!!
Thanks Robin!
My mouth is almost drooling! If only I can break the screen of my phone to be able to get and eat that! Gimme some please.

Good info! Yes I’m aware of that. I like trying different methods with Turkey. Dry brining is awesome as well. Thanks for the comment!
I’m gonna run down to the store today and see if they have turkey wings on!! Only problem is the temperature outside is FREEZING!

Ron how long did they cook?
