- Inspired by @panosdks. Death's voice is very deep & raspy, had a lot of difficult making his voice stand out over the song. If you are still having trouble hearing him, turn your 7.1 audio off. 🤓 um actually, death isn’t necessary a villain, he wanted to end Puss in Boots’ life because he was spending them too carelessly, leading him to attempt to end his life because he thought he didn’t deserve the right to live on, due to how poorly he treats his lives. Plus, death most likely was smart, and just wanted to teach Puss a lesson, which is: Whenever your things are at risk, it becomes more important. He provoked him long enough so that he knew Puss would change. Another source of evidence is that he watched all of Pusses deaths, leading me to think on how death was waiting a long time for Puss to change, until he put matters into his own hands. If you want to be a boss, don’t act wimpy. If you want to be a boss, be one.

0:59 I love how Death’s footsteps are so bass-boosted. Combined with the loud and chaotic song with overlapping dialogue mixed in, the whole video is an assault on the senses in a good way. Death’s presence is so oppressive throughout the entire experience that the mere act of walking almost feels like violence.
