RainDial Doctor got a 12 sta clock getting a fuse 4 and fuse 12 error is this a face plate issue or back board? Also clock does not go to off when switching toggle to left. Solenoid test has no issues. Used a station master pro 24B all green. Thanks

@@jskidpatrol Thanks for the video! My sprinkler valves had become were very unreliable, and were making a hammering/knocking sound in the pipes and a clicking sound at the valve. Each valve worked fine when manually turning them on without using the timer, so I figured it had to be related to the timer. The fact that they were all acting strange, and that many were only about 3 months old (we had just replaced a bunch of them) I figured it couldn't be issues with the solenoids. Anyway, I watched a bunch of videos, bought a multimeter and started troubleshooting.
-I checked the fuse visually, and it was fine.
-The 9V battery was actually dead, so the fact that the system still worked suggested that the transformer was fine.
-Using my new multimeter, it showed 27 V coming in, so that confirmed the transformer was fine (anything over 24 is good).
-All of the valves showed varying amounts of voltage when I measure in the controller with each of them taking a turn being on, all very low (jumping up and down between 2-14 V) while it makes that clicking/hammering sound.
-When I found this video, I saw that after troubleshooting, you sent your controlled to Brian at RainDialDoctor.com, so I figured this was my next step. I went to his website and watched some of his videos, and figured it was time to send it in to him. I had a very similar experience with Brian as well! He was super helpful, reasonably priced, and fast! I had my controller back within a week! I just reinstalled it, and my system is back and running great! Thank you so much for not only a helpful video, but also for mentioning Brian at RainDialDoctor.com!

I have the same controller, but it doesn’t always work. It seems to reset itself, but only half the zones. It’s annoying.
