I purchased Hisense top notch model (U7HQ) unfortunately I was very unsatisfied with the product and I sold it with in 2 months. The main reason is the colouring, it is very unnatural and over melting.
Oh ok. Sometimes manufacturers in india keep enhanced color saturation in Image processing to match broader taste of Indian customers. Agree, that color accuracy and reproduction will be a challenge for mid brands compared to LG, Samsung and Sony. Did you try lowering color contrast, gamma in settings before you sold?

In Android, apps are created based on OS which has a lowest supported version and targetted version. So if an app stop the support for a particular version, we may not be able to watch the content.
1.If I use the same app version in the Google TV, will I be able to watch the content ?

Hi bro, 1) I guess most of us would be using the OTT apps frequently for consuming content. Most of them provide updates regularly. Not sure if there are any other apps that you have in mind. I had a MI box which had android tv for almost 4-5 years. Last update improved the user interface.. even though not Google TV, but it matches improved interface. 2) TV Manufacturers are known for their laziness in providing software updates. The most fool proof way would be to buy a chrome cast device which would guarantee regular updates from Google TV. Definitely Google TV being relatively new OS should be in Google s list of preferred devices to update.

@kannank3164 hi bro, service experience kure okke may vary from person to person. For me LG, has been good in service till now. Samsung also is not bad. Vu was responsive when I had to change the motherboard after a lightning strike, but there was a slight delay in getting the parts. Sony TVs- not a good experience for me and for my friend in Kerala. Other brands like hisense, TCL - enikku direct experience illa. They do have a network. There may not be a correct answer to this 😊 it may depend on many factors. Obviously the product you got should be of long lasting quality, other things like panel technology - OLED may not be the most lasting of the lot, but newer models definitely will last more. The flipside question would be how old was your old tv when you decide to change it 😊.. most people change when the technology ages like fhd to 4k content, OTT apps domination etc. The duration of your usage will also play a factor. Vu service - i had only experience. When my motherboard went kaput during a lightning strike on tatasky dish. It took sometime for them to bring replacement. But i cant complaint either. Its working fine now for 2 years now after that replacement. Vu's quality has slightly decreased after the models i bought in 2016. I think you should check out Toshiba 43 inch also. Hisense color processing kurachi aggressive aanennu thonunnu.
