VG Title Screen - Original Composition Contest 15

I was think a title screen somewhere along the lines of yoshi's island and/or scribblenauts. some sort of cute video game. well pretty much i've had writers block for large amounts of time. an occasional "hey this might actually work!" will occur then die down within a week. also been pelted with projects for the past 2 months.
want. summer.
I really like the beginning/main chord progression. i came up with that then thought "okay. i HAVE to finish this." so i did. and now i'm happy
more times in this than any other song i've written have i discovered something on accident. for example: the marios and flowers were originally a countermelody that i ended up not liking. so i started to delete them, then played it, and i liked it (with a few modifications)

btw, i decided to go with all the "suggested tags." that should explain why they don't really match the video.
