Blessings to you for this beautiful message on the longest night and darkest day of the year. I truly needed to hear this today. I have been dealing with a crisis of faith as I have noticed my own flock straying from my teachings. No matter how much I tried to hold on, things didn't get better until I let go and let god. For the past several years my prayer group has gotten larger and larger. Finding those in my town that felt they weren't at home in a traditional worship setting. I slowly tested the faith of each of the most powerful of them by laying with the wife of each elder in our inner circle and proclaiming that God had done it through me. Two elders have left, and it pained me, but 3 elders have happily offered their own beds up to me as their messiah. I realized today that I hadn't lost 2 elders and their wives. But instead, I had gained 6 true believers that would do anything to contort their souls into whatever shape I commanded. Today, for the first time in 2 years, I felt at peace when I heard your words. Qapla'.
