Wow lucky you!! Never never have I seen one here in the west! We always have said that are ancestors threw the "good" items out of the wagon before they got here!! Haha
I think those are a clock's hands! Love watching your adventures and make overs. Happy Holidays!
The little spoon thingy is for pipe smokers. They dig and stir the tobacco around in the "bowl".
Thank you
It looks like clock hands
Luvvvv those plant stands👍👍👍keep as is, just sand smoth the rust😊. My bunny would luv that doll bed!! Those off white earring COULD be IVORY! Bird pic is amazing💜💜💜
Oh my gosh... love the Dundee Marmalade crock. My mother was born in Dundee Scotland in 1911. I'm in Ohio and you are my absolute favorite U tuber and you are always my first choice to watch. I love painting furniture and re-doing smalls. I'm 74 and still in good health but have rold my kids that when I die I want all of my finds and treasures to go to you since they have no interest in them. Keep up the great work and entertainment.
Oh.. you are too sweet. Your just a spring chicken though. 💕
Y’all need to research those lamps to make sure they are not “Tiffany”😮😱
I love the little foot stool with the floral fabric with loose top. My husband saved the rice sack for me and I want to cover a little stool like that!
Congrats on the marmalade jar!
Wow great finds! The doll with the bed…I have one just like it. I got it when I was one, in 1956. “No bed” When I was 10 and became a type 1 diabetic I would use her to practice giving my shots. Her poor bottom is filled with tiny pin holes. Her name is Molly. Lol
Thats such a sweet story
17:22 This is a Pipe tool (filling in the Tabacco, stuffing and cleaning)!
I liked the decorated box holding the old glasses & the white bowl with the rabbits.
My dad left me all his tools in that same tool box. I love it. I love the slate pencils as well, they are so nice for sketching but very hard to find.
The plant stands, I would leave as is.
The ivory-like objects in a box are large cufflings to put on a shirt.
The menora is lit on Shabbath, at sundown, from Friday to Saturday and all holy days.
The large lacquered box is for cigars.
Thank you for your return-from-auction presentation.
Oh my gosh, what a fabulous haul! I am so envious! Love your apothecary jars! Oh my gosh, the lamps are to die for! I'm fond of boxes too! Looks like pitchfork tines. I'd leave the plant stands rusty crusty. Looks like your heavy metal star was actually a base for something on a metal rod. I think the controlled bubbles are called belliconte? Your reverse painted pics are silhouettes. Receipt spindle. You have a great eye!
I found a marmalade crock at a market in NJ for $4.00 a few years ago. I also found two at a tiny antique shop on the Isle of Skye in Scotland for $5.00 each. They were such great finds! Congrats!
I can’t believe you found a Dundee marmalade jar. I would love to find one, they are plentiful in England but not so much here. Leave the plant stands rusty crusty, perfect shabby chic or French country.
Those little pictures are bubble glass silhouette pictures I haven't seen those for years they used to sell high on auctions when I was a kid,, love that old kitchen hutch and that marmalade jar is amazing. Another great haul so many neat things.
Congrats on finding the marmalade crock jar! I found 2 and no one wanted to buy them so I kept them for my own collection. 😉 you found lots of awesome things! I would start with trying to sell the metal stands as is and after a few months of no interest, then refresh them.
That’s probably what I’ll do. Easier to put paint on than take paint off
The Tiffany lamps are beautiful, you are right! Thank you for showing us your finds!
The tall glass jars with the cool lids are really neat.
Dang! Y’all did so good! Makes me want to go thrifting, auctions and estate sales all at the same time. Lol! That Marmalade is dreamy! Unbelievable find! Congrats!
It actually already sold on eBay. Thank you for inquiring
If you ever happen to go on a road trip and you come to Kentucky you’d love the estate sales and auctions that are around here because they’ve got all kinds of cool stuff that you’d probably love because I know that I love them . I’d love to find a tool chest like that one I’d love to have one of those and they’re very expensive too . I like just pilfering through stuff at yard sales and estate sales I’m in my happy place when I’m doing that . 😊
Are you searching for a warehouse yet? Lol. Some very awesome finds!
Lol🤗🥴
I used to dig those Marmalade jars up in my garden, as Im in UK
Oh.. my goodness 🥰
Those named tins are fabulous! Have a friend who collects them . What a great haul! Happy Holidays Yvonne and Chris! 🤗
I don,t remember which recent blog but the old ice skates was fantastic!
Great marmalade jar! I've always wanted one and we were at a flea market a couple of weeks ago and I found one for .99 cents. I couldn't believe it!! You always find amazing things. Merry Christmas to you both
Oh.. now that’s a deal🤍
I had that cannister set new when I got married in 1983!
🥰
Ooh, I love the wired wall half basket! 😍
I would like those plant stands painted black.
Great haul! So much to love! ❤
At 29:27, those glass silouettes, the glass is convex. Glass that goes inward is concave.
Another great haul. I love the marmalade jar! So happy for you that you were able to find it!
Great treasures! All we're my favorites . The little boxes were cool and all the nic knacks, I agree the group pipe cleaning tools
So many great finds! Always a pleasure to watch!❤
Great haul! Loved all the primitive💕
Another fascinating video, I love watching these marvelously varied things you get at auctions!
Love watching these videos! Great finds
Congratulations on your marmalade jar! Very exciting
I love the hutch! My favorite.
Loved it missed you awesome haul!
I so envy you guys going to auctions.. I love them. Have so much fun. Awesome stuff. As always can't wait to see what you do with everything. God Bless you and Family :) Reekah
As soon as I saw your thumbnail I knew😊😉Lucky you!
Those beautiful reversed painted silhouette bubble frames are gorgeous.... my mother had 2 bigger ones that always hung in her bedroom..... I did not end up getting one😔
I think the little metal spoon, poke and pole thing is a pipe smoker's accessory.
I'm also in Michigan one more day without snow is one more day closer to spring
Amen to that. Though we know it’s coming ❄️
I actually have a set of the silhouette glass pitchers I got from my Grandmother years ago. I love them so much. You got a lot of awesome stuff at the auction. We have one every week that I love going to.
Thank you
The glass hot air balloon was my favorite.
I love the tins! The things you find are amazing. Thanks Yvonne 🎄🎄🎄
Thanks so much!
I love the heavy green bowls!
That large cabinet was a beauty. I have to agree at looking at the back. You can tell this was well made by the back. So many cool cool items you guys got. How I wish my area had such nice auctions. That white bracelet could of been ivory also or bake a lite. But I have seen them in antique stores under locked jewelry cabinet. Was told they were ivory.
I’ve got to get my eBay password up to date. That’s why I’m having problems getting into your shop. To much going on right now. With Christmas n me being sick it’ll have to wait.
So excited for you n Chris finding all of this at a good price.
♥️😊👍🌟🌟🎄
I have several of the Dundee crocks. Some older than the others, one especially. They were my mama’s that she ate. I never liked it! If you find a price, I would be interested to know. My children don’t always understand the value of my things and I try to remind them not to take my stuff to Goodwill when I die!
The aluminium cup with lid and measurements is for shaking flour and water together for thickening gravy. I have one and use it! If it’s not sold, I’d be interested in buying the plastic bunny bowl
Awesome haul. I love the cast iron cardinal and the doll bed. Wish I was closer to you 😍❤️😍
Awesome haul!!
The doll bed is for a Richmond Sandra Sue doll. All in one piece has good value.
wonderful haul! I would 100% leave the plant holders as is
That is fabulous you found that Dundee Jam jar from Scotland. So jealous.
I still can’t believe it
You found some pretty cool things!!
You find the greatest things out in the wild!
❤❤❤❤. Wow what a haul
lots of treasures! Iwould leave the large white plant holders AS IS! Love them!!
Thank you
Great haul on that Dundee crock!! I collect those and I’ve never found one for $5! Hold on to it! Merry Christmas!🎄🎁 btw Yvonne, I received my eBay purchases! They came in “perfect “ condition! Great job on the packaging. Thanks for getting it out so quickly
Y'all got some great stuff! Love the big jar, I have a smaller one I've put wood clothes pins and wood beads in.
I have better luck selling plantstand that are rusty and crusty. The ones that look newer sit longer. I guess people like the aged look better.
Metal item with wooden spoon is a ‘tobacco pipe cleaner’ .
Thank you
Cool haul...I know you and hubby will put your talents together for unique make overs you may do. Alot of that good as is.
Thanks so much
Wow you guys get the best stuff!!!
I love your haul and love to watch your make overs! I would love to take a road trip and see your booths someday soon. I would paint those outdoor pieces black but do love rusty cursty, I loved before it was a thing.
Good night love you 😘
What a haul!
I love the cubby box!
That was a pipe gadget. You clean the pipe with it and when you staff it with tobacco you press it down with the round one.
The tool is for a smoking pipe. It's a scoop, a tamping tool and a scraper
I love all the things you always find, some great stuff !!! I found a Dundee marmalade jar at my goodwill here in Montana, and I only paid 99 cents for it !!!! Talk about excited !!! Merry Christmas Yvonne and Chris 🎄🎄
Oh.. wow.. did you look around like… oh they going to come and reprice it on me. That what I would think.. lol
Hi, again. I would clean and repaint these two wonderful plant stands.
OH MY….CONGRATULATIONS ON THE MARMALADE JAR ❤️❤️❤️❤️. I just bought two from a lady who has a Shop hours from me, and she has a picker in England , I paid $45 and $55 for mine ! But I LOVE THEM!!!!
Those iron plant stands ❤️❤️…..THAT HUTCH ❤️❤️ …. I saw many items I loved ( as always ! ) The stool with wheels !!
These Auctions are getting better and better ! LOL!!! We follow the same family that has an Auction House. Every other week on Saturday the on-line Auction gets posted. Not sure if they will have one posted this Saturday, it will make the Auction be on Christmas Eve? But it’s on-line…so maybe.. just change their pick up dates to Monday and Tuesday 🤷♀️
I just told my husband we need to take a trip to Yvonne and Chris’ house to pick up some items…LOL!!!! NOW IF YOU HAD A TRACTOR HE WANTED…WE WOULD BE ON THE ROAD 😂 !
I love these videos showing us your finds ! So fun!!!
🌲🌲❤️🌲🌲
Love it. We are putting loyal people. It’s nice to get to know the auctioneers and the people who follow them. Well and the goodies.
Two you have two. I’m a bit jealous 🥰
What you did not know what is, I think it is a pipe cleaner and the flat piece of it is used to press down the tobacco.
Yes, a tamper, the spoon to clean the bowl and the pick for the stem.
Thank you
the Wood tic-tac-toe box I made one just like it in shop class middle school ❤️
I still have it.
that measuring cup with the lid my mother had and when she made gravy that's what she put the water and flour in and shake and then pour in the pan.
Thank you for sharing that
Great haul. The black metal roof bracket may be a base for a weather vane. We had a similar one on our garage for a weather vane with a rooster on it. My favorite pieces were the green matching lamps with the stained glass shades. Are the lamp bases pottery? If so, they could be quite valuable. TFS.
They are pottery
Lucky you!
That little gadget is used with smoking pipes. You can tamp down the tobacco, etc.
Oooooohhhhh😮!!!!! What a great haul!!! The 2 white iron pot holders probably just need a clear coat to stop the rust, or paint them, or ? 😂 Whatever you do with them, they will be gorgeous!! ❤❤❤
Aww..thank you
You might like to check your glasses frames. I have heard that they used gold in some of the older ones. 😊
Yes.. I’ve heard that too. Thank you
32:16 the spike is called a spindle. In an office some documents would be stamped DO NOT FOLD, SPINDLE OR MUTILATE to preserve their condition and legal use. Why use it? In my old insurance co building, in the days before AC the windows were left open. Breezes would blow paperwork around.
Re: flags "behind glass". Do you frame full size flags (3'x5' etc)?
Not usually the whole flag no.. but I did find a window from that I can just recently.. no glass in it through
Nice haul
Oh those little pictures I have 3 of those in the set so far. I would love those if the price were right. Reverse painted convex pictures.
I bought those yessss awesome
Aww..thank you. I knew they were precious
Awesome haul! Congratulations on finding your crock in the wild!
Thanks so much!
$5???? Wow. So jealous. I got a Dunragit Cream pot for $15 on eBay last week.
Not a Menorah. They hold 9 candles. It’s just a candelabra.
Great haul. Leave the plant stands rusty
Thank you, that’s what they called it at the auction 🤗
I do believe I would clean up the big pot holders and repaint them.
Research the "spongeware" bowl. It could be Bybee pottery made in Waco Kentucky. Highly collectible in Kentucky
The item you weren't sure about is an old pipe tool. Sorry if someone already commented. I tried to read and look for it, but didn't see anything. :)
Great haul! Love the marmalade jar. I want a hutch like Genevieve. I have one 9f the jars full 9f vibtage kitchen tools.
It’s gorgeous isn’t it. Yours sounds gorgeous too. Great size
@@GingerChickRehab yes! I'm not an Iron stone collector but seeing yours and hers makes me want to. :)
I was just in Niles Mi about a month ago.
I just watched another thrift haul by Lavender Clothesline. She said the bird picture is Mexican Feather art.
I'm not done watching yet, so may edit my comment, but OH MY, what I would give to still have my skate key 💗💗
This thing with the little “spoon” is for pipe smoking it’s for cleaning and pushing the tobacco.
32:29 My mother in law used that flour shaker to make gravy. Flour & water base.
My sweetie has one of the feather art pictures, says it wasmexican art. Like tourist type sales.
We have several marmalade jars that our mom collected.
Oh.. you lucky girl
Cookies, biscuits and candy are my kind of tins!
🥰
Lots of awesome finds! Congrats on the Dundee! Did you sell the hand bells? I looked on eBay but didn’t see them.
www.ebay.com/itm/364084417945?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=c5v6ouwoteu&sssrc=2051273&ssuid=c5v6ouwoteu&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Just got them listed🎄
Please leave the plant stands rusty and crusty. Great haul....
I think the object at 17:30 is a tool for a pipe smoker.
I'm not 100% sure but I think the black marbles come out of spray paint cans. My dad use to use up the spray paint and pop open the can to get the marble out of it.
