I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.

Why wouldn't you sheet it on the ground to square before raising the walls? Are the walls plumb? let alone level and square. Where is the line.
Garage walls are safer to lift without sheething since its being lifted directly on the foundation with lags bolts. Prevents kick outs. Usually you lift sheethed walls when your lifting on a wooden floor system.
I put the 2×4 at the edge of the concrete so my T 1 11 will go lower against the concrete
No treated 2x6 on your foundation wall as your base? Those frame bases would rot in no time where I’m from.

A 2x4 on top of all the wall top plates...ties the framing together and strengthens the framing to handle the weight of the roof.

This building went through engineering, was approved by the city and passed all city inspections.
