Tried to Fix - Karcher K3 Pressure Washer from Craigslist Bought Not Working

I bought this not working Karcher K3 (K3.540 1.603.100.0) pressure washer from Craigslist for $30. It originally wouldn't even turn on, so in this video, I attempt to get it working.
Looking for help from anyone with any knowledge that may help with this situation.
