The old me would have never been able to do it himself. I struggle to keep a schedule, it's like every time I set one it's either something or someone throws me off. I even sabotage my own self at times when i know I'm suppose to do something.....so thanks for this I'll really really do my best to stay discipline

(just from what I see and hear - means absolutely nothing coming from me) But it shows once again how important it is to not just work on our bodies, but also on our mind and mental health. accepting the fact that sometimes a single conversation with a professional can help us dramatically is something that especially men dont do often enough.
