11:01 You were detected there because you walked into a private area, I choose to believe they didn't try to get you to leave because "Pappy" is certefieably insane as far as hitman characters go, and he may have told them just to shoot people who arent allowed lol
Yeah, it's just sometimes in this game decetion system works weird🙂😂
He walked in using a costume thereafter. I got shooed away upon arrival doing that, lol. I had to sneak through the door on the right, trick the guard inside the door, sneak through to the kitchen and go from there.
Love the Hitman Series, thank you fot diving back into the classics
You are very welcome :)
I love how your pistols become mini rocket launchers with magnum ammo 😂
Yeah, the older hitman has this whimsical part to it
My favorite Hitman
It is mine as well :)
My man you deserve more views. Loved the video, cheers 🎉
I'm really glad you enjoyed it❤️
Hitman is a game that I return to quite often and blood money is my go to
For me as well😂❤️
The newspaper article isn't *quite* perfect. It's somewhat barebones once you look deeper into it. It doesn't account for shot out locks (the shot did not seem to hit anything), killed dogs, and it doesn't mention civilian, guard or target accidents.
One example that comes to mind immediately is the fact that if you take the Air Rifle which shoots tranquillizer darts, and headshot the target with it, the newspaper article will say that it was a lethal hit. So theoretically you could stun the target, get someone to wake them up, stun them again and do this like 6 times, the newspaper article would say that _"6 of the victims were brutally executed by a shot to the head"_
And in Curtains Down, the prop gun does shoot bullets, but they don't do any damage (unless the victim is unconscious, which is interesting) but either way, shooting the blanks still counts towards your shots and hits, and by extension what the newspaper article says.
And shotguns make you a legendary marksman, since every pellet it spits out counts as a bullet. If you execute two targets with perfect point blank shots, the paper will say that you hit like 30-50 shots.
But those are small details that freaks like me with a godless number of hours in the game know, so I don't hold that against you.
Hey!
Thank you for letting me know and taking your time to write this :) I didnt go as deep into this newspaper articles to test specific cases, but all those are truly great and relevant comments :)
@NeuroTalkGaming Yeah I apologize if that sounded condescending. I'm just rambling like a nerd.. The system is still unique and quite accurate in a general sense. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else, so it's the best we have.
It's all good :) Big part why I wanted to make a YT channel is to have conversations about games with people just like you since I cant know everything and its great to have someone telling me about it.
I liked the two gun concept and I miss it in the newest Hitman.
Those were the times :)
The only Hitman with three details:
a. Customizing weapons but at the cost of limited ammo
b. NPCs can pick up dropped weapons to shoot you
c. Notoriety system
@@michel4rthur dont forget the newspapers!😂
I feel like there is no game with such replayability as Hitman. Even if you tried it's not that easy to get the same result as previously. And what I liked is that compared to newest hitman is that those clues are truly not so straight foward makes for many funny moments 😂 Turns out my 47 wasn't born to be an opera star😢
The way how your target critisizes you, since you didnt shoot them is priceless :D
I feel like there is mostly nostalgia talking through Blood Money fans. It is absolutely fantastic, don't get me wrong, but it isn't so much better than everyone says. I've played and completed every single Hitman game in series and Blood Money is just around my third place. The best part while comparing with the old quadrilogy are maps, they are clearly superior. Blood Money does not add many mechanics, jumping across gaps was literally in Codename 47 tutorial, climbing is new but it is literally the same as ladders and obviously he cannot kill from above. AI is much better, they can see blood stamps and search bodies through these hints. It is also the first game with hand to hand combat. Loadout can be chosen in every game and while upgrades are a cool addition, they don't work well in a game suited to be as close to professional assassin as possible and that's why it was depreciated. Same with bribes, you are chosen to kill someone, why should you pay for easier job? Creativity is a big part of every game in series and it isn't special just for Blood Money. Models and animations are absolutely atrocious and when I first played Blood Money I was shocked how bad they look, even though I have most hours in Silent Assassin. Soundtrack, though great, is one of the worst in series in my opinion, feeling very out of place compared to what was playing in games before and after. I also totally understand why people may love it, Jesper Kyd is godlike when it comes to OST. Ave Maria and Funeral theme are absolutely legendary. Even though I am the biggest fan of Silent Assassin and Contracts I must say that the first IOI game where we could actually do everything we ever dreamed of is Hitman 2016 and further instances. There is just too much to do in these games and playing older Hitman games right now feels off. I think that Blood Money is the first an mostly only Hitman game people ever played because it premiered on xbox 360. During the premiere, it was also criticized for not giving enough innovations compared to Contracts. Still, it is a fantastic game, worth every cent and minute. Just like every other in the series. Great video too, watched it all.
I think when I played it the models looked comparatively okay for me, I mean coming same year as Oblivion it wasn't as bad :D But thank you for a very detailed overview of the game, truly appreciate that. Overall for me this Hitman has a bit more "soul" compared to newer Hitman and is a bit more polished and interesting than older ones, so it kinda feels like a perfect balance. But of course this very subjective :)
@NeuroTalkGaming okay, Oblivion comparison opened my eyes :D
2006 was surprisingly long time ago :D
Iirc, you can climb and leap in the tutorial in 47, but then it doesn't become a feature you can utilise in the rest of the game anyway.
