To make a Ultimate Attack, you must charge until you get a red crystal, release then pressing BACK, BACK, ATTACK.
The animation is different depending if it will kill the oponent or not.

It's very interesting how the animation changes if the ultimate attack is gonna K.O the opponent.
I do wish more fighting games had this where your super move would have a bonus/additional animation set upon a finishing blow.
Tekken 8 has it

I found this game in a random anime store as a kid, i was looking for Dead or Alive 2 but they didn't have it. Got this instead, THIS GAME COULD HAVE BEEN AS SUCCESFUL AS DOA, TEKKEN, ECT. All this classic fighting games that are still being produced would have had a good run for their moiney if they did this with Evil Zone. Great game!

There's a third throw every character has, at extreme space apart, like kakurine takes out a paper effigy and blows it, and the opponent blows in the wind like their paper. Another one is she laughs as she teleports to the opponent and then pushes them to the ground from behind.

I believe it would make more sense for the satellite to be Danzaiver's most powerful attack
