- Mint chutney made with frest mint, spiced with few green chillies, have a pleasant warm, fresh, aromatic, sweet-spicy flavor with a cool after taste

Mint Chutney

Ingredient
1 bunch coriander
1 tbsp cumin
6 piece garlic
20 grams ginger
4 number gr chillies
2 bunch mint
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds(dry)
1 to taste salt
1 cup yogurt

• blend all the ingredients add yogurt for kabab chutney blend add pinch sugar for pakoda chutney blend add chopped onion,add ghee and mix with hot rice for

Whenever I search for new recipes, I always end up cooking your recipes...I remember my mother used to give a twist to the dhanya chutney...she never added mint though...after making a fine paste (we didn't have mixie then, she used sil batta) she used to fry it in oil...in the paste she used onion, ginger and garlic, chilly...salt and a little sugar.
I loved it and used to finish my portion of rice only with that...in Bengali we called it dhoney pata bata (dhanya patta paste)
Years back I saw my mother watch your videos, and here I am as a wife searching for recipes❤

I tried this chutney it turned out good but the only problem that I had was the lack ok of the colour it wasn't as fresh green as it's supposed to be !!! Any help or advice ? What did I miss on ? May be lemon juice ?

Add a few stems of fresh spearmint to white wine vinegar - enjoy mint flavor in everything! Let the vinegar stand with the mint for a week or two. Remove the mint, or not. Delicious!
