How Does a Scanner Work?

Heyy Guyz this a just a simple video i captured to show the interior of a scanner!
I just gave a brief description about it!
And the scanner i used is a DESKTOP SCANNER!

Bro which Image sensor is used ! If it's ccd , is it Linear type ? Because normal ccd are just small square with lenses which needs some distance to cover The Image so how it's accomplished here ..

i am having an an samsung old model laser printer ML-1710........it's only a printer .weather i can buy an individual scanner.for scanning pupose .& scan papers to computer n then can i take print out it's possible??????????????

Hello! Do you know whats the problem if the scanner keeps on blinking? It only blinks everytime i connect it to my laptop. It wont scan at all.

You mean the scan head i.e., the light inside is blinking or the led indicator outside?

@@TechzClubOfficial Actually, i cleaned the inner glass of my scanner so i have to open it. After assembling, it wont scan anymore. I'm worried if have a hardware issue on my scanner. It's an epson v600.

@@charrysalce4580 I think there is some issue within your scanner. You need to open it up the top cover and check if anything is hindering the drive belt in its motion. There could be some hardware issue which can be figured only on closer examination.
