After the success of its best-selling PIPA, Nuna introduced two additional models in 2017 that became the lightest car seats on the market: the 5.3-pound PIPA Lite and an upgraded version, the PIPA Lite LX.
Then, in April 2020, Nuna added two more car seat models, both of which include a new base that simplifies installation while adding comfort for your baby.

I just purchase the mixx from Nordstrom in the color “threaded” which I know is a Nordstrom exclusive but I am looking at a car set to match with this stroller. Do you recommend the “Birch” or “frost”
While neither color will be an exact match to the Threaded collection, both have an interior color that is a cooler grey tone. If you have a local retailer with a floor model in either color, you could always bring your stroller in to the store to see which you prefer! All models and colors of the Nuna PIPA series will be compatible with the MIXX Threaded.

I have a 2018 Mixx and will need to purchase an infant car seat. My stroller doesn’t have a ring adapter so I don’t know which car seats will fit into my stroller. I want to go into a store but with Covid and Shelter in place this would not be easy for me. Can someone help me figure out which car seat to purchase or at least which ones will work for my stroller?

Do I need an adapter though? The previous owner of my stroller said she did not need/use a ring adapter for her car seat and stroller
@@theanissatan Sorry for any confusion! If you do have the MIXX2 stroller, you need an adapter. The adapter that originally came with that stroller was a set of two small posts that are easily misplaced. The ring adapter we linked above will be what you need to attach a Nuna PIPA car seat if your stroller didn't include the original post adapters.

Can I use a Pipa Rx for my daughter up to 2 years old. If not, does Nuna offer any car seats for that age range?
The Nuna PIPA series supports infants until baby weighs 32 pounds or is 32" tall, whichever comes first - this is usually around 12 months. Infant car seats like the PIPA RX are more portable and are the only type of car seat that can attach to a stroller. If you would like a car seat that can be used from birth but then for many years, you may like the Nuna RAVA or the Nuna EXEC, both available to purchase now at Strolleria:

Is Pipa bigger than Pipa lite? As in will you get a longer use out of the Pipa? I can’t seem to find this answer online

Great question Stephanie! Since its an infant car seat, you'll be using any PIPA series car seat for the same length of time, around 12 months (the PIPA series, including the PIPA Lite, hold up to 32 pounds or 32 inches tall, whichever comes first).
There are some very slight differences in shape / size between the Nuna PIPA and the PIPA Lite, though in everyday life this will not be noticeable and it doesn't affect how long you can use the car seat with a baby:
Nuna PIPA dimensions: 26.1"H x 17.5"W x 25.2"L
Nuna PIPA Lite dimensions: 27.3"L x 17.5"W x 22.5"H
Do you have a video with details on the straps for the Nuna Pipa Lite LX? Including the 3 different levels and what age to use them? And details on the infant insert? thanks.
Although we sadly don't have a video with these exact details, you may find the PIPA Lite series manual helpful in answering these questions! The low-birth weight wedge inside the infant insert should be removed at around 11 pounds, but other adjustments for the harness will depend on your baby's weight and height that affect how they fit in the seat, and are not determined by age.

With the Nuna pipa lite and the ring adapter, will it work with all of the stroller configurations on the Uppababy vista V2 stroller?
Yes, you will need the VISTA Upper and Lower adapters for certain double configurations as well.
