Wonderful classical form to great meditation music. The kind of Aikido that inspired me to the art 35 years ago which brings out the beauty and grace of good body movement that is connected and in harmony with his Uke's energy and flow. Not like a brutal demonstration I saw on You Tube by an alleged Shihan who himself obviously completely was out of touch with the principles of Aiki and O'Sensei art at least in his later years. This video shows that some people, like Vassilis, have captured O'Sensei's deeper teaching of harmony and some thought they may have been given or achieved rank with the Aikikai are just brutal budo practitioners without any deeper spiritual refinement. Bravo to you Vassilis Sensei.
