Korean Mitsubishi elevators have secondary chime tho. It's common there

LRT Mitsubishi used to have it. They can only be heard when they have announcements. Sadly, most, if not all, have their announcements worn out already.

Some NexWay (high speed) elevators have secondary chime, but I think it's optional.
