How is it legal or okay to let a judge appointed by the government, not even get a second guess or second look, when he blocks such a video? A video, that NOT only PROVES that Tommy is telling the truth and he is innocent. But said video, ALSO INCRIMINATES and PROVES HOW CORRUPT THE GOVERNMENT IS AT THE SAME TIME. So the state just blocks the only evidence Tommy has to win the case. With a unsaid "sorry you can't use your blatant proof recorded on video to prove you are right, because it makes the state, whom is also my boss, look bad......" The video clearly documents their constant lies and cover ups and shows how they are forcing nondisclosure agreements onto teachers and paying them off with hush money, so they just shut up. I have read that the judge had had an argument with Steven's dad shortly before the case, so shouldn't he have excluded himself from the trial and got another judge in? There was considerable evidence to show he was not. Such as the hockey stick incident. It was not recorded by the teacher at the time as an injury. The medical records of the girl shows she had not reported to her doctor, let alone had pain killers and MRI scans as she claimed. This does not mean it did not happen, but it did not happen as claimed. Tommy based his defence entirely on the kids testimony's. It is well known in law that a good lawyer can make a child unsure of themselves and easily bring the whole thing into doubt. The fact that there is far more to this comes from the gagging agreements, when those and other things are taken into account, Tommy appears to be telling the truth. Unfortunately these things were not part of his evidence at the time, and the court can only decide on evidence presented at the time.

I thought it contained much compelling evidence that was not treated seriously enough in the earlier case. It was a judge, and not a jury, who decided guilt in this earlier case. He stated his opinion was that the defendant had not successfully used truth in his defence. Many will consider that this is yet another case that was decided by political expedience and not an impartial and objective assessment of the evidence presented.

I helped an EX young Prisoner. He did 3 years 16 years ago. He was moved to 2 different prisons during that time. He said the Muslims ran both prisons. Bullied, harasses and sold drugs. The cells are not big enough. There used to be a prison within Barlinne prison with about 8 murders in it. Maybe the number is wrong but they did seem to get better conditions.

An old school friend of mine is in and out of prison and he told me that Muslims run several prisons as they stick together and back each other up. He even said there and many prisoners converting to Islam inside as this means they are protected. He mentions a few other perks like better food and they let them go to the mosque several times a day when otherwise he'd be stuck in his cell. Apart from proceedings against him for breaching the non-disclosure order, he would also have the Bar Council liability. There was considerable evidence to show he was not. Such as the hockey stick incident. It was not recorded by the teacher at the time as an injury. The medical records of the girl shows she had not reported to her doctor, let alone had pain killers and MRI scans as she claimed. This does not mean it did not happen, but it did not happen as claimed.
Tommy based his defence entirely on the kids testimony's. It is well known in law that a good lawyer can make a child unsure of themselves and easily bring the whole thing into doubt.
The fact that there is far more to this comes from the gagging agreements, when those and other things are taken into account, Tommy appears to be telling the truth. Unfortunately these things were not part of his evidence at the time, and the court can only decide on evidence presented at the time.

While I can see that this is possible, in this case I find the judge to be so one sided as to remove any chance of justice. But then, there was no jury in this case, only a judge, who would seem to have resented his previous instructions to Tommy having been set aside and the film being made and issued to the public complete with admissions from those who had accepted money and signed non-disclosure agreements that this is what they had done and so they were not willing to tell the truth and forego their payment. It was a judge, and not a jury, who decided guilt in this earlier case. He stated his opinion was that the defendant had not successfully used truth in his defence. Many will consider that this is yet another case that was decided by political expedience and not an impartial and objective assessment of the evidence presented.

I helped an EX young Prisoner. He did 3 years 16 years ago. He was moved to 2 different prisons during that time. He said the Muslims ran both prisons. Bullied, harasses and sold drugs. I'm an Australian so can't do it, but why doesn't someone start a parliamentary petition for the early release of Tommy Robinson? It might at least get his name mentioned in parliament for discussion and raise further awareness of his incarceration and treatment as a political prisoner. I reckon there's a good amount of the 3M that signed for a change of Government would also be aligned to that.

This, to me, is like a judge saying that your evidence constitutes defamatory statements so he rejects them as evidence, and then tells you that you're not to repeat those defamatory statements. How can a judge block evidence and then tell you you're not allowed to make that evidence public? Unbelievable.

The cells are not big enough.
There used to be a prison within Barlinne prison with about 8 murders in it.
Maybe the number is wrong but they did seem to get better conditions.
@@KOGNIP I am British and I agree with you totally. Yes, Tommy should have rights and yes, the person or group aiming to hurt someone should be in solitary, not the victim. That's fair and is the only reasonable option possible. Trouble is, although I and many like me were brought up to believe in fair play and stand up for justice, our country has been turned upside down in recent years and nothing makes sense any more. Everything is insane. It seems as if the most worthless and unprincipled people are in charge and good men and women are sent to prison.
How about pointing out the illegality of holding Tommy in solitary confinement.
It could be for his own safety, given the demography prison inmates. Or it could be to stop him talking. We won't ever know.

An old school friend of mine is in and out of prison and he told me that Muslims run several prisons as they stick together and back each other up. He even said there and many prisoners converting to Islam inside as this means they are protected. He mentions a few other perks like better food and they let them go to the mosque several times a day when otherwise he'd be stuck in his cell.
Tommy Robinson's life would be at risk in general population, especially after the authorities tried to blame him for the riots which he had nothing to do with.

I don't think TR's views are "stronger" than millions of others, it's just that he states them publicly.

ANYONE visiting T* R* has to agree to a non disclosure order, and, as Daniel has explained, from Goverment legislative documentation, only specified issues may be spoken about. Because of Daniel's Barrister position, he has an added imposition in that he would face a disciplinary hearing in front of the Bar Council (I'm guessing at the correct title) should he even hint at matters that were discussed outside those permitted. Apart from proceedings against him for breaching the non-disclosure order, he would also have the Bar Council liability. His position woulld be untenable, not to mention him potentially being disbarred from acting as a barrister. Unfortunate, but in essence, true.
