Once upon a time I was a barista. Helpful espresso tip: Froth your milk while you brew your espresso because those shots “expire” in about 15 to 20 seconds (they become slightly bitter) if not added to milk immediately. You will notice a big difference in the taste and sweetness of your latte. I hope you enjoy!

Something I love about you Michele, as I continue to watch this lovely vlog, is that you let the "influencer glamour" speak for itself. You dont make a big fuss and fluff about your day to day, trying too hard to create an image. You are your image and your authenticity and classiness come through naturally and easily. I'd just love to catch a coffee with you sometime, you just seem like a super cool lady. ✌🌟
I have to get up at 415 every day I work. I whine and fuss internally about having to get up so early. You do it by choice? lol more power to you! You are a gem.
I get up at 5, too. Coffee, morning pages, meditation… all done before my kids wake up. Makes all the difference.

For the majority of people that I follow, whenever I see a vlog, I think “nope. pass.” But when you post one, I’m immediately like “oooo what is Michele up to!”

Same. I've always wanted to be a "morning person" naturally but I truly am not. My whole life, I have been a night owl and love to sleep late. My husband says that if he hasn't left the house before the sun is up he is wasting the day!! I have tried to wake up with him, but I cannot fall asleep at night and end up sleep deprived and insane, and before my body clock gives, I'm giving into my natural tendencies. 🤷🏻♀️ I'm in the middle of another early riser effort and literally didn't sleep last night.
No, people who follow their natural sleep clock are the most productive. When you have to fight your natural sleep schedule (i.e. force yourself into waking up way earlier than your body wants) you are far less productive.
Yasss! My favorite of all your videos are your Vlogs and your “best of” videos. I get up at 5am too, so I love love love when I can share my morning coffee watching you! I saved this video to watch today (Saturday). It is so relaxing and perfect for the weekend. Wah, I broke my Nespresso frother. I might have to get another. I have that exact frother too! I love that one and use it everyday for at least the past 10 years. I even tried to find a back up in case it stopped working and was sad to find it was no longer available. Hope mine lasts another 10 years.

I feel you on the inventory stacked up in the house. I have a Wayfair shop that we run out of our house. Luckily we have a house with land so most of the storage is in a shipping container on the property but the cost of those has skyrocketed. My husband and I just had a conversation over dinner last night on what we should do when the next shipment comes in. One of the options was basically filling every nook and cranny of the house. 😆

Hi Michele, I love this vlog style video! I ordered the Tonic a few days ago-I can’t wait to try it! Have you tried any of the La Mer cleansers? If so, which do you prefer? I have the small size of the cleansing foam and like it so far. I prefer to order from Nordstrom though because of easy pickup/returns!

I'm an early riser myself (530ish sometimes earlier). There is something so calm about the early hours, having a quiet coffee and silently preparing for the day. Love getting the workout out of the way , it helps me with anxiety. Something about getting older and not being able to sleep like a teenager bugs me but during the summer it's rare I can sleep past 7! I'm going to ask for a MW wrap for Xmas and a chain (hope I'll get them) I'll have to be so patient lol. Love the sticky note idea! This is why digital is less messy for me but nothing like pen to paper for sure. I'm all about the 50/50 mix. I have to be on a special diet for health issues (I type this while I lay in bed in a flareup and grateful I have material to watch, thank you for uploading AGAIN) but salads are quick and better than some of the other stuff we all would rather eat! Gosh I love food. Being in Massachusetts I'm kind of thankful for the constant weather change, there's always a guarantee of a reprieve from crazy weather! You can experience multiple seasons here in one day 🤣
