I moved into this apt, i have not ever neglected my living space as i have here. I cant seem to maintain a clean uncluttered space its the most bizzare feeling, when i moved here it just felt stagnant “dirty”, im totally shocked at my behavior too its like there is a spirit lingering here and my cat always chatters in a specific area, she looks up along one wall and i have a strong sense this spirit is the cause! Im going to play this and pray it leaves for good. I also live across from an old cemetery that had been dug up and moved. I hope this works. I am pretty sure it’s not a placebo because the effects are sometimes nonexistent compared to this. That being said I don’t understand how sound healing works but sound seems like the most complex kinetic energy can get while still being subtle enough to (usually) be undamaging.
Low frequency situations or energies can not thrive in high-frequency environments. Giving off love a gratitude vibrations only bring that back to you. Things may happen because that is life and the duality that has been created, but over time, they will not affect you like before.

I'm realizing the same thing with my mom. It's like she's the opposite of when she was younger. It's been hard to digest. It's not a narcissistic thing, just getting old and I think she's jealous that she's 81 and I'm 46. It's the most unnatural way to feel towards my mother but when I got uninvited to Thanksgiving, message heard loud and clear.😂 I think if we don't get our internal spiritual shit together by 30s or 40s (awareness at least and consciously taking baby steps) you run the risk of getting caught in the web of the matrix because of fear. I don't freaking know. I just keep on my path and keep being kind.
I hope this works because a very evil woman that hates me for a very stupid reason lives in the apartment above mine, since she moved here I've been through a serious health issue to another.
