@@humangeneric-777I’m lucky too! I just saw them in Atlanta and almost came at the mere sight of Mike. I spit on the stage multiple times; it felt like the right thing to do.
Patton is one of the most important and underrated artists of contemporary music, most are unaware of his range vocally and artistically as well as the reach of his influence
They just redid the mr bungle demo tape they did in high school. It’s called the raging wrath of the Easter bunny the got Scott Ian (anthrax) and Dave Lombard (slayer) to record on it with them. Bungle was mikes early band before he went to faith no more they continued to make albums as well
One of my favorite songs ever. I still remember the first time I ever heard this song. It was in 07. He was on Jay Leno. Insomnia was kicking my butt. The performance was captivating. He was decked out in a 1970s pimp outfit with a low rider in the back. It was great. I was blown away by the vocals and I still am.
Lyrical Jones Faith No More has one song that got popular (epic) and with all that he's done and the fact that he has one of the greatest vocal ranges in the world (he has a six octave range, only 5 other people are known to have a 6 octave range in the world) not to mention all of the other bands he's been in that go completly unnoticed.... so yeah he's definitly underrated.
He’s definitely underrated but he is also very respected amongst musicians. I just don’t think he’s someone who would ever be very “mainstream” because he’s just so different. But that’s why I like him so much and that’s why I wouldn’t want him to become mainstream.
Likely to do with his active resistance to become popular, ha. Just listen to Mr Bungle albums and imagine it playing on your local rock station, haha. I think he once said he had to take it back that he would never go 'pop', when Peeping Tom was exactly that, in a brief, small way.
I had no idea that Mike Patton was so talented~He has so many projects going on, he does everything! Very impressive..btw..Thank you for uploading this video!
Axl Rose and him are the only singers with 7 octave range, which makes them unique vocal monsters.😃 Maybe this is the reason he is so amazing. And the hard work.
Pattons biggest drug addictions are/were Caffeine and Nicotine (though I don't think he smokes any more) he did do some weird ass things back in the FNM and Bungle days but drugs wasn't one of them.
i think MP, is the Andy Kaufman of today... very creative, very entertaining... and loves to rib the audience... you never really know if he's being serious, or if he has just made you an inside joke.
Patton is one of the most gifted guy i have ever seen or listened. He's just like a man from outer space and his musical intelligance can't be compared with no one else... I wish faith no more was still on action right now but it's ok to see patton with his brilliant projects...

Underrated, maybe. But the guy has driven like 6 or 8 bands for several years. Thing is, most people dont figure it out until someone says Mike Patton, and everyone goes "yea? The guy from Faith NO MORE?!?!"
@@simonscott1121 fnm is my fav band and the band needs patton, without him no ones (outside US) will know about fnm ... sorry Chuck stans but thats true.
He is not mainstream and seems to keep it that way, when he was young and FNM got big for a big he seemed to push off the fame piece which and always keep it weird which is awesome because instead of doing a bunch of garbage he created interesting art.
Very true! I saw FNM at Brixton, and was at the front. Patton shouted "WHAT YOU WANNA DO TONOIGHT LONDON? FIGHT OR FUCK?" And I shouted "WANK!" He heard me, and said "cheeky lil fucker", lol. The next song was be aggressive, and I went over the mosg only to be beaten up by 6 security... I lost my boot too. And it was raining. Thanks, Patton.

arstyfairie08 is absolutely correct. They are VERY good friends. There has even been discussion of a possible role for Mike Patton on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." Let's hope it comes true!
The jingle has been driving me nuts since it came out, and today I finally figured it out. I'm sure I'm not the only one so hopefully this helps someone else, it's Asturias.
Seems like he was showing everyone how sick our society is. Also made a dope ass beat in the process! Mike MFing Patton, dropping red pills before it was cool.
It's pretty ironic that Mike Patton has this drug free perspective while being in the depths of drug rock and roll lifestyle lol, I think that did him a lot of favors.
I've just discovered Peeping Tom are playing this years reading festival and wet my pants. I am finnally going to see Mike Patton in the flesh, his beautiful beautifull flesh.

Agreed. Let's hope he'll get around to it someday.

Check out the album.. loveage.. music to make love to your old lady.. mike is awesome in that.
I've been studying Mike Patton since the early 90's & still quite figure him out. He's one of the most unique vocalists I've ever heard.
100% if not the most unique vocalist, personally I’d say Layne Staley first then Mike then Chris Cornell then Jack Black then Ozzy and so on😅
Mike Patton is a musical genius. I have this song stuck in my head.
