I just got a COPYRIGHT NOTICE for using the sample loop in this video. Apparently, someone called Larry Lehmann has used this 4 BAR LOOP to "record" a song and claim as his own! (ua-cam.com/video/AC0aKCXeB34/v-deo.html), by adding nothing more than some strings, probably the SI-Strings found in SONAR. LOL
All the time and effort I put in this video (I'm sure 10x more than his efforts), all monetisation from this video is being claimed by him! I get zero, zilch, nothing.
Go figure!

Here is the license details from Big Fish Audio, the creators of the audio loop. So one cannot use the audio loop in its basic/original form and claim copyright.

I always find it a good idea to render the finished tracks that have been synchronized (by right-clicking on the FX icon on the track) so that the plug-in is no longer needed and doesn't use up much processing power.

I can't believe all this stuff is free. Other DAW developers must be a little bit annoyed at all this great functionality going for free.
It would be sad and ironic to the original developers to see the popularity of Sonar skyrocket (due to it being free) after the company folded. 30 years of devotion and dedication into developing this product. wow.
You may be pleased to know that BandLab, the company that makes Cakewalk, has hired several of the former employees of Cakewalk, Inc., including developers, to develop and support the program
It's pretty amazing. I had Sonar X3 studio and went and downloaded Bandlab, thinking it would have minimum functionality. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! Like getting $500 Sonar platinum for free.
I registered my existing Melodyne license to Bandlab so I still have it, for free. Now the hard part is learning how much it can do and how to do it.

You can also use it to widen guitars. Use sparingly :)

This is due to your audio interface setting than the software. Which audio interface model are you using?

I like to sing like backup singing and lead vocals from BandLab because I love singing.
I had this song stuck in my head for a few weeks. I keep coming back here because I can't figure out how to get this program to work in Cakewalk.
First sing it out and then record it on Audacity or any other app. Then you can put it in Cakewalk and start working with it.

Latency is dependant on your audio interface's and your PC capability. Some Audio Interfaces do have direct monitoring you can use. If your's doesn't, then not much you can do.

Unfortunatly the plug in doesn't show up after adding vocal sync.... And I also don't see the horizontal splitting... I don't know why?
Sometimes the plugin window gets hidden. Try selecting the option again. Try minimize the window too, see if that helps.

Maybe read and learn about musical harmony and learn to play a harmony part. There is no easy way.

If it's just a stereo audio file, then simply create a new project then drag the file onto the timeline.

Why does calkwalk take ages to download this is one thing I don't understand why they are not fixing. I have a 6 MB/s download speed still it took me 2 days of attempts to download it.
That is odd, as every time I need to download full or updates, takes less than a few minutes.

I've heard about this thing called drum replacer. What does it do?
A plugin that replaces recorded drum track, eg the kick drum, with a sampled one. It listens and triggers the sampler play, s if you don't like the original snare drum sound, you can replace it with sampled one, keeping the original drummer timing.

You should use a harmonizer like in your Graillon tutorials...the first line you're singing an open 5th and flat to boot. And it will be synced from the start. But your videos have been helpful otherwise
