Nice T206 video, good job. The book is almost a “must have” for new collectors...I wish there were more books like this one on the Monster. The Allure of this set is undeniable. Thanks for sharing. Pat
Awesome collection! I'm building my T206s in a binder by league/team-- they look cool together like that. Following the Heitman checklist. Great cards....thanks for sharing.
Good stuff! I now know that if I start acquiring cards from a set going forward to go ahead and start with the bigger ones. I agree with you completely. I've acquired about 100 T206s and have had thoughts about selling off most of them. The common guys just don't do it for me. There's no real joy in those cards, for me. If I'd bought a couple of Cobbs or Cy Youngs with the money I've spent, I know I'd be much happier.
It's a good thing that just about everybody smoked in those days, 12 year old kids smoked, and millions of cards were made or NOBODY could be able to finish this set. Of course getting the 4 or 5, Wagner, Plank, Maggie is tough. I sold around 78 of them in 2007 and wished I didn't as I had Mathewson, Joss, Waddell etc. etc. and now today those same cards are worth 200 times more. They were raw not graded but all original. With enough money, it's definitely doable.
The cards look SO much cleaner in the PSA slabs. The flips are also a lot less tacky/cheap looking and the huge number grade on the SGC flip takes away from actual cars inside. The SGC slabs are also too big and bulky. That’s just my .02¢ no one asked for though;-) Oh and great video btw, thoroughly enjoyed it!
How can you refer to Vic Willis as a debatable HOF? He had 249 Wins in a 13 season career. 13 seasons dude! If you said Roger Bresnahan, i would agreed. You need to learn more about baseball.

HOF is definitely the the best way to start the collection. I agree. Your cards are great. Thanks for all the helpful information.
Beautiful cards! Just got into the set and just bought my first cobb!

Dude - great stuff! (Just subscribed). Loved seeing the showcase and binder. I SO want some sovereign backs. Keep the content coming!
I have just began a 1957 Topps baseball set. I am going to use SGC the grade them all. It's going take a lot of time

I agree. No debate. My Willis is a UZIT
Willis is NOT debatable. That’s a joke.
