Having ridden the now-defunct Dragon at Adventureland (IA) and this weird thing (LOL,) I think the engineer(s) used an early version of RC Tycoon to design their coasters. I'm with JulianDale94. The Mattel theme park with the HotWheels themed coaster looks like fun, especially for someone who is a HW collector and a coaster enthusiast.
I live near this park and I can confirm this ride is jank. I've ridden it enough times in my life to confirm the first loop wants to break your neck on the first half and the second loop wants to break your spine on the exit.

This weird thing has been Arizona’s best coaster for too long! Can’t wait until the Mattel park opens next year

O.D. Hopkins made some wEiRd coasters. Tornado in Amarillo. Red Devil Cliffhanger (Ghost town in the Sky)
this ride ended a huge coaster drought for me during the pandemic so I think I liked it more than I should have LOL
Tennessee Tornado has some weird vertical loops to. At the top there's a subtle like... S bend.

Just rode this for the first time, felt so unsafe. I guess the forces were good, but my god it's so janky.
