I picked up 2 different colors a couple of weeks ago. all my DSTE batteries were getting long in the tooth. Having different colors makes it easy to know visually which battery to start with and which battery to end with.
There was a big mistake in your video. When you showed the Sony battery for price comparison, you showed the Sony BP-U70 battery which is a much higher cost at $310 vs the Sony NP-F970 batteries which are $170. Smallrig batteries are NP-F970 clones; they are not clones of the BP-U70's, it's even in the name of the Smallrig batteries.
This is nothing new I had Batteries like this for the last 3 years. they are not small rig and they are very cheep I bet the small rig ones would cost ya more for the brand thou, well to each his own.
but, not all of them behave well with PD to Canon bodies. I've tried several different brands with USBC/PD and 3 different ones do not deliver appropriate power to body. to me at least, is where this smallrig is welcome update. YMMV

Lol 😆 Great catch. I wondered why my brain was subconsciously confused 🤨 in that moment.
Too expensive. I'd rather buy an adapter for NP-F970 for $25, with all the same inputs and outputs, and in addition DC 8V in/out, 12V in/out
