News Link with Photos: www.dps.arkansas.gov/news/asp-arrests-alabama-man-trafficking-over-100-lbs-of-meth-and-fentanyl-worth-4-8-million/ On 8/26/24 at approximately 3:33 p.m., I initiated a traffic stop on a gray Jeep Compass for following too closely and improper lane usage near the 78 eastbound mile marker of I-40. As I approached the vehicle, I noticed a large duffle bag in the trunk area and an empty bag similar to that in the back seat. I approached the driver and told him who I was and the reason for the stop. I asked for his driver’s license, and when he handed it to me, I noticed his hands were shaking. I asked him if the car was a rental, and he told me it was. I asked for the rental agreement. The driver, Anthony Reese, said he had to pull it up on his phone. I asked him where he was headed, and he told me back home. I asked Mr. Reese if he dropped off a tractor-trailer somewhere, and I got no response. He glanced at me and then proceeded to look at his phone. I asked him again if he had dropped off his truck somewhere, and he told me Oklahoma. I asked if he rented the car in Oklahoma because he said he had dropped off a truck there. Then he stated that he didn’t drive a truck to Oklahoma, but he did leave a truck in Oklahoma. He said he was going for a job in Oklahoma but decided against it and left. Mr. Reese’s address on his license showed Midfield, AL. It seemed odd for someone to drive so far to turn down a job. I had him step out of the vehicle while he continued to look for the rental agreement on his phone. While at my car I asked him how long he stayed in Oklahoma, and he told me not long, just a few days. I asked him what he had in the bag because it was a large bag stuffed full for a few-day trip to Oklahoma. I ran his vehicle through a License Plate Reader, and it showed his vehicle traveled through New Mexico westbound and back eastbound in New Mexico three days later. I verified that he had the vehicle since August 20, 2024. Mr. Reese did have the vehicle when it went through New Mexico on August 22, 2024, and came back eastbound through New Mexico on August 25, 2024. I asked him if he had just gone to Oklahoma, and he replied “Yes sir.” I asked him if he had gone to New Mexico; I noticed his eyes opened up wide, and his mouth dropped as if he was surprised. He replied he liked to gamble. It seemed odd that he said he went to New Mexico to gamble because Oklahoma has various casinos. I asked him what was in the bag in the trunk, and he told me just some clothes. Due to his story changing multiple times and not making much sense with his trip, I suspected that there were illegal drugs inside the vehicle. I noticed his demeanor changed and his voice pitch changed when I began to talk about the bag in the back. I asked him if there was anything illegal inside the vehicle. He told me no. I asked if there was any marijuana, and he looked directly at me and shook his head no. I asked if there was meth, and he looked directly at the trunk area, began to giggle, and told me “Nah man.” I asked for consent to search the vehicle, and he told me no. I called for Trooper Tanner Hess to assist with his canine. Trooper Hess’ canine alerted to the odor of narcotics coming from the vehicle, and we searched the vehicle. In the trunk, there was a large duffle bag and a large blue suitcase. Inside both were bundles of suspected methamphetamine. There were 88 total bundles between the two (Approx. 100.9 lbs.) (Street value of $4,535,900). In the passenger side floorboard, there was a black backpack; inside it were two bundles of suspected fentanyl pills (Approx. 2 lbs.) (Street value $362,800). In the back seat on the floorboard was a zip lock baggie containing suspected marijuana (Approx. 18g) (Street value of $30). For further information regarding the case refer to DTF case file 24-175P. Mr. Reese was placed under arrest and transported to Pope County Detention Center. The evidence was given to the 5th Judicial Drug Task Force. Mr. Reese’s Charges: 5-64-440(c): TRAFFICKING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 5-64-440(c)(2): TRAFFICKING IN FENTANYL 5-64-443(a)(2): POSSESS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA METH COCAINE 5-64-419: POSSESS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE SCHED VI 4 OZ

Not true. They profile rental cars and always pull them over for “following too closely”! They lie and pull people over for fake reasons cause they’re driving rental cars. They’ve always harassed innocent people driving rental cars
99.9% of these Arkansas drug bust start with either someone “following to close” or “crossing a line”. Weird how many RENTAL vehicles carrying drugs always seem to “follow to close” or “cross the yellow line”. So in Arkansas, 99.9% of drug smugglers have a habit of following to close.
They’ve also done this to many innocent people as well and have lied about the canine hitting and search the car and found nothing. I wish they would post those videos.
im pretty sure the rental company tips them off. think about it their vehicles are all tracked with gps. they see a guy renting vehicles and taking long trips that last a day or 2. only takes a couple times for them to realize youre not going on vacation. then all the state police works together to do the sting.
@@r3wturb0x51doubt it’s the rental company. More than likely the DEA or similar agency keeping track of outliers in tag reader data. They wouldn’t just tell us outright that they are monitoring us in such a fashion, but they are.
Actually, this was small spuds in the big field. Sadly, drug trafficking is so organized and extensive plus add the strong American demand for the product and this is the result.
The further I get into this video the more I like both of these guys. Outside of their respective professions I could see these two hanging out, watching football, being good friends. People just have different paths in life. I could tell this guy has heart and I hope he gets on the other side of this thing okay. Damn.
The legal advice I was given many years ago was have your papers ready when you get stopped and don’t be rude but don’t get in conversation with the police. They are not being friendly they want you to say something they can use to boost reasonable doubt. Just don’t give it to them. Have a blessed day and be sure to support The Arkansas State Police 🖖🏻🖖🏻
@@stratolestele7611 no because there is no such thing as a "friendly chat" with a cop when they pull you over they ask pointed questions to try to get you to incriminate yourself everything they ask on a stop is for a reason they are not just making conversation they are trying to put you at ease and anything you say will be spun to make you look guilty
I guarantee his outgoing texts from this very moment in time (during this interaction before the trooper said to stop using it), are incriminating as hell!
Thank you LT. The people doing illegal things are not aware that the police are becoming more high-tech than they were before. Just because they are from.sown south does not mean they just fell off of the turnip truck. Great work Trooper Meeks!
This video is so wholesome!!!!! ❤ yes, he went to jail, lol BUT not often do you get to see a deadman walking expression and this personal interaction between a officer and criminal
@@njerhtby76exactly that’s what’s wrong with society. Society likes to throw stones at a drug addict but not a raging drunk. Alcohol is a legal DRUG! You drunks aren’t any better than the dopehead you be judging.
Whoever passed got lucky that the trooper got out of the vehicle 20 seconds before! He probably would have shut down the traffic stop and went after the vehicle
He’s going to be in deeper trouble when the boss finds out his drugs are confiscated. Guy made me nervous for the Officer Meeks when he started asking him questions about his family, especially, when he was texting someone and kept looking left and right waiting on whoever he texted to show up.
Nope just playing the same BS the cops do, how he talked him outta the car to find out info, the officer can lie about his background, trust they’re good at it 😊
What about following to close to truck....then he was so nervous looking back at state police he swerved out his lane...this guy's always brake a law n bring attention to themselves....n the real load drove past while they messing with this guy...who going to hire a mule that's been cought b4
They always do. So they can ask them all kinds of questions. Like where are going. Where are you coming from. Just small talk at first. But then keep on digging. I would tell the cop I want a lawyer
Better to have him in the seat. While standing at the window it looked like he was texting to get his backup car to come help assault this LEO and get away with the drugs.
This dude was twitchy! I know it’s hot but he was too twitchy. And he was texting. Ok! I just read the news article. You drug folks need to stay away from Arkansas.
They let him have his cell phone while he was in the back of the car. Telling whoever he told, that stuff out at the house, you know what to do with it? Sounds pretty questionable to me.
@@garyg8036 Well considering the audio from the cop's camera picks up the discussion, he called them somehow unless he had a chip implanted in his brain to make calls
Yeah he claimed at the beginning he was just using the phone to record but it became obvious that was bull especially when he gave up the facade and was just holding the phone at angles that would not have had him or the officer in it
That's why the smart one's take that away from them at the onset! This is just as smart as doing a search and handling the packaging without gloves. Come on, LEO's, u know better than this!
@@Kyle-gb9dqyou're saying he's not smart? He was smart enough to nab the guy in the first place merely using his spider senses. I'd say the whole thing was some pretty smart police work. A win for the LEOs.
That cop knew he was right … that man kept bitching about how hot it is and how far is the dog?? It’s hot .. how cars the k9? Like if he didn’t have anything in there I’d just be like fuck it! I’m dying out here! Check my damn bag so I can go
suspect is nervous and If I was the LEO I would not be answering all that suspect personal questions. I would not have allowed that suspect to sit in y car unless he was cuffed.
Good cops develop discernment about people and situation. When the story does add up and the large bag in the back are two red flags. I used to drug testing for a company. When I approached a person and told them it was time for their drug test I looked at their pupils of their eyes. I knew if they would test positive or negative.
I am not sure why Trooper Meeks allowed him into the front passenger seat as opposed putting him in the back seat of the car? For the Trooper's safety.
He quickly frisked him. Trooper obviously has excellent instincts and wanted to treat the guy with a lot of respect. I really admire it. Cop looks like he can handle himself quite well anyway.
He may have actually felt some relief being able to tell someone that was willing to listen; someone with authority that is. I don’t think it will change anything with this guy unfortunately though. That’s probably my pessimistic view coming through.
At 25:00 a therapy session starts and I almost got tearful. I’m glad the officer was polite and professional the entire time. Hate it for the man but like he said, you wake up daily with a chance and choice.
Supreme Court has ruled an officer cannot hold you longer than it takes to write a ticket to wait for a K9. Once the officer said he’s not writing a ticket if the man knew his rights he would’ve been free to go after the license check. The trooper violated his rights. I’m on police side on most lawful situations but citizens must know their constitutional rights.
Exactly! I had this EXACT same thing happen to me in texas I got pulled over in a small town on the highway because i had out of state plates they asked me a billion questions and held me for over an hour on the side of the road in the hot sun! on a 110 degree day waiting for a K9 to come while they sat in the AC. he made excuses "your plate doesnt come back to anything" i had all the paperwork to the car and the title with me i even logged into the dmv website to show him and he didnt want to see the info he was wasting time. They asked me numerous times why would i travel etc and how long does it take to get there etc dumb questions like that. they really thought they had one they were so mad when the dog never alerted to anything because there was nothing there to begin with! He first claimed I was "following too close" when the truck in front of me was LITERALLY a mile ahead and could have come to a complete stop and back up to 70mph again before i even collided with them then and when i called him out on that he switched to "You didnt use your turn signal" when i did. Meanwhile he drove over the median from the service road accross 3 lanes of highway cutting off a semi to pulll me over I was originally pulling off the highway into a gas station and he was like "Why would you do that?" he even leaned his head into my car to see how much gas i had like i'm lying to him? i had a half tank and he starts acting like its a lot but its texas in the middle of no where and i didnt want to chance it. anyways I didnt know these 2 officers violated my rights i'm glad it happened because 1, it made me realize i need to learn more about my rights and educate myself so that wont happen again and 2. I went and got my CCW and noticed officers have been a lot more friendly with me since then. the 2 that i met in that small town i really thought were going to plant something in my car thats why i wouldnt let them in it something was off about them
@collinhughes6885 I heard that too, in the video. It was almost as if he asked the officer, am I free to go, or am I being detained, he might (small chance) have let him go. I think the guy would win in court, but by not leaving or asking if he is being detained, he waited voluntarily. Interesting to say the least.
Man if a State Trooper is ever like “I don't plan in writing you a ticket today..” and is super friendly/asking a lot of questions you gotta know you are about to be in some deep shit. Its even worse if they ask you to sit in the front seat with em 😂
I give Trooper Meeks an 8/10. -1 for having the man in the front seat with no cuffs even after he knew his criminal history and his suspicion and another -1 for not catching the fact the main retained - and was using his cell phone after locked up in the backseat, informing his woman, "you know what to do." Since we don't know all his charges, can I assume he also caught an obstruction charge for that after review of the footage?
Trooper Meek's laugh. ♥️😊 If he's carrying THIS amount of "stuff" perhaps he was a willing distraction and maybe some "packages" worth two and three times of this cargo DID get by. I don't know he was just so calm and even smirked while making small talk. He even went straight to the subject of being "targeted" AND he was texting.
This is incredibly fascinating. They are talking like there isn't a load of drugs about to be seized and dude is going to prison. They both act normal to each other and just talk like two strangers on a flight, while knowing stuff is about to hit the fan. 😂 wild. Great video!
almost shed a tear at the conversation between the cop and the suspect inside the car, it was just a peaceful genuine conversation between two human beings. i truly hope the man will seriously consider his life choices during his time in prison and become "an already better person" than what he is right now, its never too late to change
Asp troopers think they’re so slick and badass yet they have tag readers and CI’s tipping them off. Keep up the good work y’all are gods gift to this earth. 😂😂😂😂
@@CbbnfcbbHe has charges & when they take him to court his chilling will be over. H Ed will be laying in that cold cell asking for 3 more blankets to cover up.
Why do they let the perp have their phone once they’ve been cuffed and put in the back of the cop car? He didn’t love his lady enough to stay out of trouble.
Really beautiful display of an "discipline " in the Word of God..Jesus is warning this dude who has made a mistake..to return unto his FIRST LOVE..JESUS..the incredible officer is sure WORTHY of the Lord of All things..Bless you SIR..Press ON..❤
I too believe that to be the case. However it's better to just following up common procedure so that doesn't get challenged in court. Better to dot your i’s and cross your t’s.
if you rent a vehicle, you generally have the right to refuse a police search under the **Fourth Amendment** to the U.S. Constitution, which protects against unreasonable searches and seizures.
If you refuse a search, the police cannot extend a traffic stop indefinitely just to search the vehicle unless they have **reasonable suspicion** of a crime. Prolonging a stop without justification would violate your Fourth Amendment rights, and any evidence found might be inadmissible in court.
He absolutely targeted him. But I mean that is his job so… be a better drug trafficker. Ditch the rental thing. It’s not as sweet as you think and remember plate readers and flock cameras are a thing.
Targeting (profiling) also known as discrimination is Not the Job.. It is at best an activity derived from suspicion and ignores Probable Cause. Probable Cause is the Constitutional Standard for trying to "criminilze" another human
This is why you dont talk or answer any questions to the police other than just your license, registration and insurance. Always ask the officer if you are "free to go". They can't hold you for a unreasonable amount of time.

Are you related to the legend ?
99.9% of these Arkansas drug bust start with either someone “following to close” or “crossing a line”. Weird how many RENTAL vehicles carrying drugs always seem to “follow to close” or “cross the yellow line”. So in Arkansas, 99.9% of drug smugglers have a habit of following to close.
They’ve also done this to many innocent people as well and have lied about the canine hitting and search the car and found nothing. I wish they would post those videos.
Good way to keep drugs off the road, right??
im pretty sure the rental company tips them off. think about it their vehicles are all tracked with gps. they see a guy renting vehicles and taking long trips that last a day or 2. only takes a couple times for them to realize youre not going on vacation. then all the state police works together to do the sting.
100%. Numbers don’t lie, but you can make the numbers say what you want them to say.
@@r3wturb0x51doubt it’s the rental company. More than likely the DEA or similar agency keeping track of outliers in tag reader data. They wouldn’t just tell us outright that they are monitoring us in such a fashion, but they are.
Unexpected touches of humanity in this video! Well done, Trooper Meeks! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Awesome Job Corporal! You have saved many MANY lives getting that poison off the streets! God Bless you sir!
It'll be right back on the streets. Funny how other countries can keep all drugs out but America is flooded with them...
@@NikkiiPopeWhat country? Drugs are in EVERY country.
The worst poison of all is alcohol, but nobody cares about the good people that whiskey and beer ruin
Actually, this was small spuds in the big field. Sadly, drug trafficking is so organized and extensive plus add the strong American demand for the product and this is the result.
Even though they say it was big it’s not. Because there more getting through than getting caught
The further I get into this video the more I like both of these guys. Outside of their respective professions I could see these two hanging out, watching football, being good friends. People just have different paths in life. I could tell this guy has heart and I hope he gets on the other side of this thing okay. Damn.
I'll bet big guy sweat a few pounds off while waiting for the inevitable. Bork Bork!
Very true advice.
Great advice! Don't answer the personal questions.
Stop the self snitching. ~ Bruce Rivers, CLR channel
I'm assuming you mean if you're guilty of something? Otherwise, what's the harm in having a friendly chat with another human being?
@@stratolestele7611 The problem is its not a friendly chat!
Awesome job Arkansas!! Keep up the great work, But Stay Safe!! LEO’s are always in my thoughts and prayers !!
The Good Lord is working with you Corporal Meeks!! Stay safe out there!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️🇺🇸🇺🇸🚓
If this guy gets off I hope he changes his way. I worked in a prison . I wouldn't lose my freedom for anything.
That driver is nervous as hell and he is texting someone to let them know he was stopped by Arkansas state trooper.
I guarantee his outgoing texts from this very moment in time (during this interaction before the trooper said to stop using it), are incriminating as hell!
Kinda like his calls from the back seat telling his pals to hide the other stuff
This is one time that a dog is not "man's best friend" 😂
Thank you LT. The people doing illegal things are not aware that the police are becoming more high-tech than they were before. Just because they are from.sown south does not mean they just fell off of the turnip truck. Great work Trooper Meeks!
The cop was straight up with him the whole time.
yes … yes, he was
This video is so wholesome!!!!! ❤ yes, he went to jail, lol BUT not often do you get to see a deadman walking expression and this personal interaction between a officer and criminal

WOW Arkansas is the GOAT! Hope he gets many years in jail

Sounds like the scanner picked up a stolen vehicle at 29:34. Thats wild!
Heard it clear as day, whoever was driving it got SO lucky..
Just learn from you that was that sound😅
Whoever passed got lucky that the trooper got out of the vehicle 20 seconds before!
He probably would have shut down the traffic stop and went after the vehicle
I heard it at 56:05 too 😮
This man knows the ASP knows that he has drugs in his car!!! I hope he straightens his life out!!?

yes … yes, he did
Textbook police work, very professional and very respectful
He’s going to be in deeper trouble when the boss finds out his drugs are confiscated. Guy made me nervous for the Officer Meeks when he started asking him questions about his family, especially, when he was texting someone and kept looking left and right waiting on whoever he texted to show up.
Nope just playing the same BS the cops do, how he talked him outta the car to find out info, the officer can lie about his background, trust they’re good at it 😊
Great job ASP!!!❤❤❤
Someone snitched on the drug runner.
Not always a snitch. A lot of agencies are investigating various operations and collecting data.
Maybe but a rental car on the interstate used as a major drug corridor is always a major red flag
No. Asp profiles rental cars and pulls them over for “following too closely” it’s all a gig to pull over rental cars
Watch all of their other videos. It’s the same everytime.
What about following to close to truck....then he was so nervous looking back at state police he swerved out his lane...this guy's always brake a law n bring attention to themselves....n the real load drove past while they messing with this guy...who going to hire a mule that's been cought b4
That guy is sketchy as hell.
He knows that he’s done.
4.5 million $$$ in drugs off the streets. Thank you Arkansas officer
This is almost surreal! Cop tells him why they're waiting for the K9, lets the suspect sit in the front seat with him, and no handcuffs.
He checked him for weapons and had a camera on him
They always do.
When a cop asks a question that is none of his business simply say NOTHING! It's not illegal to remain silent, ask Hillary, Adam Shiff etc.
I think he was texting people to let them know he was hit and going down
Saved a bunch of lives today. Great work trooper...
I wonder what the body count would have been had he distributed it all to the end users.
Interesting. Too many to even imagine
Zero?
This just breaks my heart. This man , regardless, at least was genuine. Praying for his recovery.
Thank you Lt., that was quite the haul! ❤💙
Nice work Troopers!! Thank you!

Thank you ASP. Watching one video, huge amount was headed to my area. I didn't know it was a huge hub.
How's a big guy like that with his hands cuffed behind his back able to use his cellphone.
Cop was as honest as he could be lmao.
He was thinking really hard while waiting. What to do, what to do. Should i run to the trees? Why i have to be so fat? 🎉😂
Best response to this video.. read them all too😂
He so wants it to be a race issue. Sorry man.
Arkansas troopers are the kindest. They show empathy to those who need a kind word.
@penlen4731
they truly are …
That cop knew he was right … that man kept bitching about how hot it is and how far is the dog?? It’s hot .. how cars the k9? Like if he didn’t have anything in there I’d just be like fuck it! I’m dying out here! Check my damn bag so I can go
Trooper Meeks, you should've flipped the camera back around for our viewing pleasure. Lol
YES! Sad We missed watching the K-9 search.
I thought the same thing.
My thoughts exactly.
I wanted to see the HAUL they pulled out ta there!
I'm wondering if they'll get a conviction because it's not on video as for the dog alerting and the search...
He then proceeds to tell all his connections on camera to hide their stashes 😂
He forgot that he's still record in the car. That will hurt him in court.
suspect is nervous and If I was the LEO I would not be answering all that suspect personal questions. I would not have allowed that suspect to sit in y car unless he was cuffed.
Or at least patted him down first…unless I missed that.
@@peskycitizen7582You missed it
Man, cops just can't catch a break with the public. Everyone finds something to be critical of, no matter what they do.
@stratolestele7611 seriously this. Cop does everything right but someone will pick on something to bitch about. You can't win with them
Good cops develop discernment about people and situation. When the story does add up and the large bag in the back are two red flags. I used to drug testing for a company. When I approached a person and told them it was time for their drug test I looked at their pupils of their eyes. I knew if they would test positive or negative.
he was a big boy, but his clothes weren’t 600 pound life size 🤷🏼♀️
I am not sure why Trooper Meeks allowed him into the front passenger seat as opposed putting him in the back seat of the car? For the Trooper's safety.
Finally a cop that's not "in fear for his life" and yet you don't understand ? 🤔😂
He quickly frisked him. Trooper obviously has excellent instincts and wanted to treat the guy with a lot of respect. I really admire it. Cop looks like he can handle himself quite well anyway.
civilians safety is first then the cops safety second.
Wow, someone ratted this guy out..
If you read the officer’s statement in the comments, the license plate reader is what told on him

When ASP pulls you over for driving on a line you know you're going to jail.
Therapy session in the cruiser.
Come to Jesus
Meanwhile he drove over the median from the service road accross 3 lanes of highway cutting off a semi to pulll me over
I was originally pulling off the highway into a gas station and he was like "Why would you do that?" he even leaned his head into my car to see how much gas i had like i'm lying to him? i had a half tank and he starts acting like its a lot but its texas in the middle of no where and i didnt want to chance it. anyways I didnt know these 2 officers violated my rights i'm glad it happened because 1, it made me realize i need to learn more about my rights and educate myself so that wont happen again and 2. I went and got my CCW and noticed officers have been a lot more friendly with me since then. the 2 that i met in that small town i really thought were going to plant something in my car thats why i wouldnt let them in it something was off about them
18:26 listen to this “you’re free to go” 10 seconds after saying it a first time if the k9 doesn’t alert. Almost like he just gave him his chance
😂🤣
I give Trooper Meeks an 8/10. -1 for having the man in the front seat with no cuffs even after he knew his criminal history and his suspicion and another -1 for not catching the fact the main retained - and was using his cell phone after locked up in the backseat, informing his woman, "you know what to do." Since we don't know all his charges, can I assume he also caught an obstruction charge for that after review of the footage?
Man, that's some really good police work.
That's one cool customer for having that much dope on him and knowing a dog is on the way.
@briansavage932
yeah, I had a feeling it wasn’t his first rodeo from the way his family knew everything …
Boy this guys making me nervous, cops too nice
Trooper Meek's laugh. ♥️😊 If he's carrying THIS amount of "stuff" perhaps he was a willing distraction and maybe some "packages" worth two and three times of this cargo DID get by. I don't know he was just so calm and even smirked while making small talk. He even went straight to the subject of being "targeted" AND he was texting.
They could just pull over every rental and wait for a stupid story. He had both.
Supreme Court has upheld that you can’t extend the traffic stop longer than it takes to write the ticket… a good lawyer could get this thrown out
At least the drugs are off the street and that is far more important than jailing one drug mule.
Dude knew he was going to jail for a long time. You can tell by his expression on his face. Good job trooper Meeks.
Poison sellers are the worst. Never let him out!
If it’s a consensual transaction between adults it shouldn’t be the government’s concern. The government shouldn’t be protecting one from oneself!
Alcohol and tobacco are both poisons...grow up
This is incredibly fascinating. They are talking like there isn't a load of drugs about to be seized and dude is going to prison. They both act normal to each other and just talk like two strangers on a flight, while knowing stuff is about to hit the fan. 😂 wild. Great video!
Never Small Talk. No chit chat. Just hand over your License insurance registration or rental agreement.
It just amazes me the amount of people that don't understand that they have the absolute right to shut the f**k up
You rent a car they hand you a folder with the paperwork you put it in the glove box, right?
One would think that!
No not for me, everything is paperless now a days. At least with my company it’s all emailed, I travel weekly.
The compassion the trooper showed was above par!
22:35 .... he took 3-5 business days realizing how bad this was going south for him. 😂
almost shed a tear at the conversation between the cop and the suspect inside the car, it was just a peaceful genuine conversation between two human beings. i truly hope the man will seriously consider his life choices during his time in prison and become "an already better person" than what he is right now, its never too late to change

FYI- Part of the rental agreement allows for any search by law enforcement..even if the driver denies the officer questioning if he is allowed to.
I too believe that to be the case. However it's better to just following up common procedure so that doesn't get challenged in court. Better to dot your i’s and cross your t’s.
False
I don't think Turo has that.
if you rent a vehicle, you generally have the right to refuse a police search under the **Fourth Amendment** to the U.S.
Lesson of the story …. Drive following ALL the rules and no one will notice you
Lesson of The story dont haul drugs.
Not necessarily true in a rental
He absolutely targeted him. But I mean that is his job so… be a better drug trafficker. Ditch the rental thing. It’s not as sweet as you think and remember plate readers and flock cameras are a thing.
