In Arkansas, it doesn't matter how good you drive, if you're in a rental from another state, your chances of getting pulled are higher. They'll make something up to have a reason to pull you.
The supreme Court ruled quite a long time ago that the odor of marijuana is not considered reasonable cause to search a vehicle or make an arrest. That should mean that it's not legal even in Arkansas regardless of their state laws.
"But it was for personal use?" Right? Of course it would be. Think of all those special cookies and cakes she could 'bake' with that? "Hey Granny! Can I get another brownie?"
Great job Troopers! Shame on her. As a grandmother myself, that would be one of the last things I would want to do, with the idea I do not want my granddaughters even around any of that mess. Proud of that fact---so yeah it makes me ill, same with drinking alcohol with children in a vehicle----No morals or ethics in society anymore.

They were tipped off clearly. Whatever reason he gave for pulling her over was made up.
If you’re gonna haul drugs, keep off the weed for a few days and drive like youre taking your drivers exam for the first time.
😂😂😂
In Arkansas, it doesn't matter how good you drive, if you're in a rental from another state, your chances of getting pulled are higher. They'll make something up to have a reason to pull you.

They're tipped off no doubt.
At least she didn’t snitch. And The Rolling Stones t-shirt really fits the occasion. 🫠
soooooo … she rented the Mommymobile in Tulsa *but* didn’t drive it to Arkansas ? …
taking those Chrysler wings a little too literally ! 🤣😂🤣
🤣🤣
The supreme Court ruled quite a long time ago that the odor of marijuana is not considered reasonable cause to search a vehicle or make an arrest. That should mean that it's not legal even in Arkansas regardless of their state laws.
“Are you supposed to?”🤣🤣🤣🤣
Let's be realistic. If you weren't hauling drugs on I-30 or I-40, why would you be in Arkansas at all?
"But it was for personal use?" Right? Of course it would be.
Think of all those special cookies and cakes she could 'bake' with that?
"Hey Granny! Can I get another brownie?"
she said just enough to incriminate herself.. well done trooper
She didn't need to say anything to get convicted. She was the driver an din control of her vehicle that has the drugs in it
Great job Troopers! Shame on her. As a grandmother myself, that would be one of the last things I would want to do, with the idea I do not want my granddaughters even around any of that mess. (2 @ 16, 1@12). Not naive though either. Two of the granddaughters lost an Uncle that they dearly loved to an overdose, still unknown from what, but someone was with him and just left him. In another situation, not related to me, bragging by a Mom how she remembers how her parents drove all around with a bong and 3 young girls in the vehicle. Proud of that fact---so yeah it makes me ill, same with drinking alcohol with children in a vehicle----No morals or ethics in society anymore.
No need to act like it's meth
1st time I’ve seen police drive someone’s vehicle rental or not didn’t think they could do that
Far more to be worried about than marijuana these days, but to be honest that stuff is ridiculuosly strong now. A dispensory opened up next door in SW VA and I ate a worm and kind of flipped out, but did it at home.
Yeah, it sure isn't the "ditchweed" we got sore throats from...
@@lizmcb4959 Grew up just north of Detroit and in high school sold columbian gold which was the best commercial grade available, couldn't sell it fast enough. Now people would just call it mudbud and wouldn't think of touching it. 😅
Now that weed is legal in Missouri, there’s practically a weed dispensary in every shopping center. 😢
Im proud of her for keeping quiet and not flipping!!!👊👍💯
K9 is like I'm smelling weed in my own car!!
Calmest and most quiet K-9 I've ever seen.
I thought maybe I was just imagining the dog until Trooper Hess mentioned him. He was really quiet.
A STL County K9 officer lives in my subdivision. I talked to him his morning and mentioned APA’s channel. He mentioned Trooper Byrd and said he wished STL would let them be more like his AR, GA, and FL troopers.
She sure does blink a lot when in the back of the police car. It's like she's sending morse code.
Trying not to cry with contacts on. Sad. I'd be crying too
my week just got better !
LT 👮🏼♂️ annnnnd a video 🍿 thank YOU
LET’S GO !!! 🇺🇸

HOT as Hades here in Arkansas but doing great and Praying your day has been cool and you're staying hydrated.
Miserable Temps here in Alabama as well 🥵.
Lol, Death Valley was 126°+ last week, 😂 could be Worse!

It seems like he's definitely starting to drive more slowly. The vapors must be getting to him😂
😁😆🤔🤣😂😅
Oh no!! Not weed!! Gasp!!
And a lot of money.
Outta state plates will get you dates. in court, in Arkansas.
Been to Arkansas several times, with out of state plates. NEVER been stopped. Guess what, I also do not transport illegal materials in my vehicle. Funny, if you obey the law, you avoid the law.
I got some good news and some bad news. The good news is we're not going to ticket you for the traffic violation.
Poor trooper had to drive a mom car
I'm into voices and just love this trooper's voice and demeanor! Great job! I hate all this legal marijuana legislation happening across the states; isn't it still federally illegal?
She got the wrong cop . . the other one said he couldn't smell it because of sinus problems . . .
Tax dollars being wasted on a plant…
FACTS!
Now there is a Gal who would give you a good time on a Saturday Night.
You don't have any standards, huh? "If she's breathing and has a pulse!" lol 🤮
@@stuartashworth1866 If they are good enough to offer it, it is only Gentlemanly to accept it.
I wished thus channel would follow thru the court case. She said she did not want to talk... repeatedly and he persisted without ever reading her her rights.
With FOIA and knowing this will be posted on the internet, I don't blame her for not talking. I'd be more afraid of whoever she's delivering for than the legal ramifications she's facing.
She'll still be UA-cam famous.
as soon as she mentioned her kids and grandkids, I knew she was scared of whomever she was transporting for. Sad she put them in danger.
I had the same thought even if she was going to give any info she wasn’t going to do it on camera in the back of the car
and yet her face is in full view of the dash camera, oh brilliant one!
🎵Grandma got arrested by the police🎵
Obviously not Granny's first rodeo. She's way too calm.
So, let me get this straight. You pulled me over because someone else supposedly saw me swerve, but you didn't observe me committing any type of traffic violations. So you going to not only illegally pull me over but then violate my rights and search my vehicle. Please get you a good attorney!!
"Ton of weed confiscated during ASP traffic stop. In an unrelated story, the ASP will be closed for the next 6 weeks for remodeling."
“How much do you have?”
“All of it”.
Sure seems like they know who they're pulling over based on the way they drive right up to them and know the story already
Is that a K9 officer? Poor doggo.
