James you are doing a great job. I love that you always stay respectful you never take the bait you never raise your voice and you stand on your rights and you can convey your rights. This is a master class on how to deal with the cops. There are some auditors that can learn a thing or two from you even though you are fairly new to the game. I strive to be as professional as you sir.
It's amazing that the federal postal system isn't properly training their employees. Every single time you do this we get the same reaction EVERY time. It's sad.
My local post office yells at people no photos or pictures in the post office. Ignoramuses. They get upset because they don't want the education or to follow their own rules.
@@jesuschrist2284 a friend told me that they don't want filming because they don't have a privacy wall for a lot of the mail counter area that sits behind the window and I heard they may be required to have that so that's why they try to tell you not to film but as long as you're in the lobby area you have a right to it's their responsibility to keep thoose packages private behind the counter. 🤔
Fast becoming by far my best favorite auditor. The closest channel to yours is Long Island audits as far as I can tell. Very cordial and with a strong presence. Keep it up brother, and thank you for fighting for our rights.😊🫡

The auditor needs to read the last paragraph on enforcement, of poster 7 is the responsibility of the USPS postal inspectors, cops have NO Jurisdiction in a federal po, and also NOT armed !!!!
Anytime you ask an officer for their name and they just point to their name tag, you don’t need to hear or see anything else. You automatically know they’re a tyrant.
We have a sixth Amendment right to know who the accusers are, included is their right to a public trial. FOIA the emergency call for all their poignant details. Go Tyrant Terminator!
Hey James I have another suggestion, it would be nice, if you could foia request, all of those body cam footage, of police interactions, when you're doing your audits. We really need to see what's going on, when these police officers go in the back, to speak to these complainants. Because I'm thinking, we're missing out on some of the juicy stuff, being said in the back.

I like this auditor his auditing is very interesting his conduct is professional knowledgeable my only issue is I see where he makes a complaint but I do not see thefollow up or where they are held accountable long island audit is my favorite because he holds government employees even law enforcement accountable and you see the follow up.

Agreed, and it generally violates their own policies not to verbally identify. I really like when other auditors ask them if it's spelled "rite, right, here, hear, etc", or say they come from a huge family because you meet so many LEOs with the "same name". 😂

The most sensitive place to video is the DMV or license plate agency. Those people customers and staff freak out. 😅😅
