This is easy with kids...so hard when you're dealing with a grown adult.

If you are a BPOC and in your whole life, you know that this country expressly or subconsciously believes you are second class citizen there is tremendous amount of hurt and rage that disenfranchised people hold. So when you’re asking us to rise above it and be wise in our delivery or in our intent or our benefit to others, you’re asking an additional admission ticket to the society at large to be thoughtful. Maybe you should just speak to non-persons of color and what you can do because you’re not operating on the same societal experience. And I don’t expect you can ever really get it.

I hear your pain, and it is subsuming you…your higher essence.
There are truths AND cognitive distortions in your comment.
You have some beliefs that aren’t true across the board, but so keep you limited and identifying with your narratives (that can be very addictive and ego bound).
Yes, racism is a horrible issue…and not all experience it equally. To some, they have gotten free of their own mind constructs of it.
Also, your over identification with your “story” also provides a barrier, in which you can rationalize, justify, the dismissal of others pain, suffering…your mind says “it can’t be as bad as mine, because they aren’t BPOC, and I am…I am special, better, because of my unique suffering”….thats what the ego does. It will find a way to be more than, superior to, even if in suffering or victim hood.
Humans hurt humans. Hatred hurts in all its forms. We all have been rejected, some of us more than others.
What are you here to learn? To teach?
Or, are you going to let hate and rage win?
When you become defined by that which you can’t stand…is that power? I don’t think so.
Sure, feel the feelings, fight systems that need deconstruction….but to get stuck in blame and hatred, and barriers, as a false form of superiority and protection, that’s an illusion. You will end up paying even more…
