He was also right - it would look way better without the belt. I didn’t mind the bow at the back but the jewelled part didn’t work - your eye goes straight to it so it detracts from the rest of the dress.
@@cathh3301 Either a solid white material belt across the middle there, or something more consistent in the beadwork designs (and in white, not silver!) The one they showed almost looked like a random sticker stuck onto the middle of the dress, and wasn't cohesive with the rest of it at all.
She looks fabulous in the dress that she chose. So glad that her family were on board as well. Plus it goes to show that you don't have to have a big budget to find the perfect dress.
What a lovely brother so gentle and considerate with his opinions, in fact the whole family were lovely, no dramas or distressing the bride to be. The dress was beautiful I hope she lives happy ever after❤️😊
Starting out with her very first pick to get her thoughts as to whether that was actually the style she wanted, then going directly to the opposite side of the style spectrum to really nail down the fact that her original idea was much more "her" while opting for options that her mother might like the little more in the process.
how lovely. the unexpected support and opinions of the brother were very thoughtful, reflective and supportive for his sister. what a lovely family. i love watching these shows, the excitement and happiness for the bride and her future in life is very touching. thank you. i love a hit of magic, love and excitement and positivity daily thanks
this may be the first time in one of these situations where I actually did like the added blingy belt! It really gave the finishing touch. I actually gasped a little when she came out in that last dress; it's not a dress I'd like on it's own but she just looked perfect in it that she hadn't in any of the others
Agree, I usually think the belt detracts but in this dress it added something necessary. She has such a beautiful figure and small waist, her waist needed to be cinched and the other dresses weren't doing it.
I think the belt added to the dress, but should have been pearls or crystals instead of silver which became the focal point instead of the brides face.
I’m blessed with a supportive mom, who knows that this is my wedding and I want fishtail dress and she pushes me to get the dress of my dreams ♥️ Her body is made for slinky dress, looks gorgeous in tight fitted dress. 🎉 All she needs is long veil and to take glasses off and looks fab ♥️
It’s so sad that even well-meaning people haven’t been taught that body-shape prejudice hurts everyone. In response to a previous comment, I was not judging the mother, just upset about a comment she made. Daughters are usually sensitive to their mothers’ comments about bodies (theirs or anyone else’s). I won’t be reading replies - learned my lesson.

Let me just say…why does it matter what the mom thinks? Or what the entourage thinks? I think it’s super immature to threaten for moms to not wanna pay for the dress just bc you don’t like it?..It’s not your day moms! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
When I shopped for my dress I had my mom, 2 sisters,my best friend and my niece. They all have opinions BUT I did what I want! I didn't let anybody influence me or change my mind or insult me! It's about the BRIDE! These family members and "friends" are ridiculous! I love watching people get their dress but these people who "love" the bride to be need to SHUT UP! It's the mist🎉 important dress you buy and Everyone should focus on the BRIDE! Not themselves! It's NOT their Wedding!!!!!
Budgetwise it might be not the best, but I really liked the first dress. It showed her body so great and suited her personality. The third dress was great and I could have done without the belt. But the main thing is that the bride is happy.@@michellenaima9818
For a 20 year old girl she made the worst choice!! The v neck line doesn't shut her at all as she is not busted... The shape of the dress doesn't show the freshness and the youth a girl of her age has!! And of course I won't discuss about why a young woman would like to get married so early.. I'm sure some will talk about love, choices but we have to be realistic... At your twenties you have no experiences to make such liferime decisions...
I think her Mom should try on the first dress and take a look at her own thighs, that was incredibly mean coming from a Mom !! I thought she looked beautiful in the one she loved !
This was a family that was all about the bride. The title doesn't match at all. Sure mom thought she wanted to see bride in one thing, but said no, that isn't my girl. They all where kind and let the bride pick up what she wanted.
What on earth is the mother saying about the bride's thighs?!? The bride has very slim thighs, but given the societal obsession with the thigh area, that's a horrible thing to highlight. The mother was definitely trying to sabotage that dress outright with that nuclear comment. 😑
I married at 19 and in March we celebrate 44 years, it's not about age it's about maturity and knowing your own mind, having said that today's brides are usually older which is why people are commenting now!
her brother was honest about the belt but wasnt rude or mean and was just so sweet.
He was also right - it would look way better without the belt. I didn’t mind the bow at the back but the jewelled part didn’t work - your eye goes straight to it so it detracts from the rest of the dress.
I liked the belt but it would’ve been nice to see what the dress looked like without it or even seen a few different belts tried.
I like how English people can state an opinion without rudeness and be supportive.

...and quite hot. 🔥😅
lets be honest, the mum was not as bad as the title made her out to be.
Agreed!
She wasn't bad at all!!
The titles are always so extra
I didn’t think she was bad.
Thank you for saving me 8 minutes! Can’t stand a clickbait title, ha
I love the fact that her brother stood up for her. She looked beautiful in the dress that she chose!!! ❤

Her brother was so sweet ❤
Why would he initially have her in an over budget dress? Thankfully she didn't fall in love with it and found one she loved within budget.
I think it’s was because it was the one she picked out.
Starting out with her very first pick to get her thoughts as to whether that was actually the style she wanted, then going directly to the opposite side of the style spectrum to really nail down the fact that her original idea was much more "her" while opting for options that her mother might like the little more in the process.

what a lovely young lady and she looked gorgeous and Mum was pretty nice actually.
The 20's dress looked gorgeous on her. The last dress was more girlish and youthful. Suited her age better.
I agree with the brother about the belt....

If my brother said that I was “elegant” I would burst into happy tears! What a wonderful brother and sister
I’m with Bruv on the belt not a fan, It doesn’t blend well but if she likes it then it’s fine.

why take the glasses off? she is beautiful with them
She is so doggone cute and that dress is made for her cute figure.
The dress which she has choosen, looks very well on her.

David is such a trip. You got to love him. I love his hair.
Nah I don't like him at all
Not a fan, he’s way over the top, I love Randi
Why start over the budget? WRONG........
It was the brides pick.
everyone is so deadpan, you can't tell what they're thinking
Mom is pretty pushy, although bride is standing up for her wants. Brother is great.
I agree with tightness on thighs in first dress.
Her pick was perfect.
She looked gorgeous.
Picked the perfect one BUT u literally could wear anything u hv a models bod ❤

I love princess dress, love 1920s usually but in this case i love thr one she chose
What thighs? She looked great in the first dress
I love the 2nd dress! that's the type of dress I'd like for my own wedding someday.
The mum was lovely about it. Yes, she had an opinion of what she would like to see her daughter in, but she wasn't forceful.
I hate that they try to make the family seem like bad people.
David is so pompous! 😂😂😂
3800!? With a 2k budget.... what if she loved the first dress
I was thinking the same thing😅
Budgetwise it might be not the best, but I really liked the first dress. It showed her body so great and suited her personality. The third dress was great and I could have done without the belt. But the main thing is that the bride is happy.@@michellenaima9818
David Immanuel’s dress for Diana was over the top and swallowed her with giant sleeves, ruffles, princess skirt. Too much.
The mother wasn't opinionated at all.
No more opinionated than anyone else in the room.
First one seemed like it would go really well with the barn theme!
She’s lovely in the dress.
Those sparkly belts always ruin it though!
Moms jealous but brother seems genuine!
What a lovely family. And beautiful dress!
What a lovely dude of a brother..real cool guy.
I loved the 20's gown but the brides choice was also nice..did not like the belt
Australia
Absolutely beautiful!!💕
Thank you
luv mom's pick, gorgeous but it does make her look flat chested. Love the last one. really pretty
Beautiful dress for a beautiful bride.
She is young to be getting married. Hopefully, they wait a year or two.
First episode of England where all dresses were amazing
Thanks
Can we talk about her mother comment on her thighs as she look in the mirror she is no kate moss.
Beautiful bride, and just beautiful anyway. Stunning ❤️🇬🇧👰♀️
The v cut was wrong for her but she defend suited a slim dress better than princess!
Why are they all trying on the same five dresses? Do the designers pay for the exposure? The brides get them for free?
I liked the dress she chose
Beautiful dress, that veil has to go,
Very pretty!
fabulous
Love the dress she chose, very pretty girl. Brother gave me Tom Hardy vibes, very cute 😊😊
Mums pick was gareish
The 2nd dress looks like a prom dress…
lovely dress, but honestly, sophisticated wasn't the vibe I felt from her at all lol
Don’t like the dress, she didn’t want to look old but now she does, too much lace and too white for her very white skin tone.
For a 20 year old girl she made the worst choice!!
The v neck line doesn't shut her at all as she is not busted...

Stupendo abito due
First dress far too tight. Looks cheap.
He gives me creepy vibes at 5:47
I'm with the brother I'm not totally convinced on the belt. It looks stuck on. I think it should have been longer.
David always picks over-budget dresses....
ZACH PAUL
Maybe still a belt but a less elaborate one?
I think her Mom should try on the first dress and take a look at her own thighs, that was incredibly mean coming from a Mom !! I thought she looked beautiful in the one she loved !

She has a cute figure
Looks like a little girl onya for saying what you think
I don’t like the belt
The brother is giving me tom hardy vibes ...yummy.
I wish they would cut off the tatty hair.

20 yrs old 😂 1rst of many weddings
Oyy! Come on! 😮
My wife and I were married when we were both 21. We will celebrate 10 years this year.
The British marry young and have successful marriages
I married at 20. My husband and I have been married for 31 years.
