Hi, I bought a Terra TAC-W11-G5-0 second hand on eBay 5 month ago. When I try to configure it with all the nessesary codes on the housing, I get the message that this is not possible. I suppose that the former owner is still connected with the app, so that I cannot do it. I send a mail to the former owner, asking him to unsubscribe, but I got no answer. What can I do? Thanks for any help.

How do I talk to it over the lan port? Is it http or https and does it have a port it listens on? It would be nice to configure it via lan instead of app

Thank you for your question. The charger can either be controlled over Bluetooth via the ChargerSync™ app or via internet over a secured connection via the ChargerSync™ web portal.

Because this depends on your installation. The wires are usually protected by a max ampere fuse in your fuse box. 2.5mm can carry 16a over a maximum of 25 meters. Most EV installations are done using 4mm2. This can carry 32a over 25 meters. So you have to decide by overthinking max current, desired charging speed and available power

After 3 Updates still no Connection possible by network . Only by Bluetooth when at place . Very poor

Hi Carlos, thank you for raising this with us. If the PIN Code is missing in the package, you need to contact the ABB local sales team and let them know the SN of the charger. They will be able to provide the right PIN Code. Can you please let me know your location so I can connect you with the correct person?

Bought this charger, to smart for its own good. About to rip it off the wall. Find a better option.
