We had a 70+ yr old man in our guild who had 21 or 22 kids, tho to be fair he was a foster dad and lived in I think the Netherlands and I'm just assuming that perhaps there weren't enough foster parents to go around. He was super friendly and just grinded gold and mats and stuff all day without having any idea about the story and would heal in raiding. Don't knock old people.
Ahhh BS, I'm 62, started playing in 2009 with my daughter.. I'm still up playing and getting stuff done after everyone else goes to bed... so don't give me that falling asleep cuz you're a boomer.. I outlast most of my guild every night.. I even put Wowgrandma on in the background, until she goes to bed..LOL
That last story, "The Queen of Drama" ... Good friends will say what must be said even if it destroys your friendship. Being someone's friend doesn't mean you're only there for the good times. And in a month or two you'll have your friend back thanking you for trying to warn them & they'll be sorry they didn't listen to you.
The 8 year old raiding reminds me of my time on private servers with my brothers. One of them was nine, playing prot warrior, tanking heroic Deathbringer. Good times.
I'm in my mid-70's. I love the game. Started with my kids--one of 'em still plays. I started by chance right when BFA dropped. Still using my main, a Troll Shaman I named "Dertpants." ( Too many drugs back in the 60's). It keeps me focusing and alert, which is good for an old guy. PS: I played a Hoovy in TF2.👽
I used to raid when i was 7-12 yrs old, funny enough, despite the fact i couldnt read very well i was better than most ppl in my guild (was a casual guild, could hardly beat lich king type)
Fantastic storyteller that was wholesome af. Meanwhile I played with some boomers and they tell me some wild stories and is the opposite of wholesome lmao. It's like once they go 65+ they don't give a fck
Pfff screw that guy. I had a great uncle who played WoW, Guild Wars 1 & 2, City of Heroes, SwtoR and his last was FF14 before he died at the ripe old age of 88 so that meanie that told his wife to stop playing WoW or he would divorce her I have this to say. Kindly GET your own set of keys and stop being a bully. Having a hobby at that age is NOT very easy and mi tio' died happy. Even left his account behind for me. I don't play WoW anymore but I keep it his ret pally account out of respect.🥰🥰🥰
as a drunk 17 year old once said to me on a night out "leave me alone, i need my cry face". while sitting with some lass in a horrid corner near a close bar and trying to get us to leave that is all i can think of wit this queen drama story
Do you all actually know what a "boomer" is? Someone being over 35 or 40 isn't a "boomer" despite the way you tend to make up definitions as you go along. Sorry mike just tired of this. Or ironic/unironic being used in every other sentence by said individuals. But hey im done, let the hive mind of chat continue.
I'm creeping close to 30 so I feel you but its used as a meme a lot of times so w/e and this story is about raiders in their 70s so they're actual boomers lol

So many of these drama stories could be prevented by saying "fuck off" early.

I'm here yet again to celebrate another Monday drama drop.

True, how you say it also matters, being honest without empathy is just being a dickhead.

3:55 why did I just know Mike was gonna say 8? The pirate MMO stories have scarred me.
Ice cream vans in Scotland at least definitely sold drugs. Look up the ice cream wars in Glasgow.
My hats off to the commenter Lithirrdys, "this author building his own MCU on dramatime"
I love the term "capslockspreader"... You type with a normal font and then your text slowly gets larger and larger.
Imagine having a raid team that has a 70 year age gap within it. Multigenerational team building!
I used to raid when i was 7-12 yrs old, funny enough, despite the fact i couldnt read very well i was better than most ppl in my guild (was a casual guild, could hardly beat lich king type)
To be fair. There are 8 year olds in college. Not many but they do exist
FIVE OR SIX YEARS 🤣
8:58 Hey, at least it's not a Wife Warlock and a Husband Rogue who're both Goth, *riiight?* 🙃🙃
10:00 wait, what? lol

I'm lovin it
"Watching One Piece for nine hours at a time!"
So they got maybe 5% of the way through?
I'm terrible at math but I legit don't think 9 hours would equal 5% at this point.
3 episodes per hour, so 27 episodes out of 1093.
So around 2,4 %.@@Mosvicious
I dunno I'm manga only lol @@Mosvicious
9 hours *at a time*
Depending on how many times 5% is very feasible.
If you literally can't pay your rent maybe you should quit paying for and wasting time on wow lol

Hated TF2. Couldn’t get with it
Boomers invented this game 😐
