Drake continues to push this false narrative about Clemson football revenue and spending being equal to Bowling Green 20 years ago. Clemson has spent 5-10 times the amount of money as BGU. One Google search easily shows the spending discrepancy. With blatant misinformation I question most of his takes.
Drake definitely needs too have this conversation live with the locked on clemson host. Im a WVU fan here and still would love too see this debate. Personally, would jump off a bridge too bring clemson, miami, fsu, NC, Louisville, Pitt, Va tech into the BIG12!!!!!! Would b a true power 3 at this point!!! I will divorce my hot sexy wife, of 30 years of marriage if this happens! Than also add NC state and Duke too get too 24!! Id be happy too be in this conference foreverrrrr!
JT's argument for Clemson would be similar to Colorado in the early 2000s, and all it takes is 1 or 2 bad mistakes by the administration that could lead them to obscurity again.
Normally like this did but WAY off base here about Clemson. made 5? Final fours, played in4 Natis and won 2 in the last 10 years including a blowout over Alabama …and have the same head coach. That’s better than the last 10 years of all big 12 current and last members. Ended last year #13. Clemson would instantly be an annual title contender.
Clemson won 2 nattis with 2 great QB's that are now in the NFL playing in a weak football conference. They have a rabid fan base and will always be decent to good but without those transcendental QB's they will be top 20.
What about TCU? OU is gone. UCF national championship. The only two teams Clemson played were in the playoff. They had all year to practice on hockey teams.
@@Joe-sm9qj TCU won the only playoff game in the history of the BIG12 (new and old). UCF claims a natty that's not recognized by the public. No new BIG12 school has won a football natty since BYU in the mid-80s.
UNC has no "coat tail" to the SEC. If they did, they would use it for NC State. Maybe you can get a ticket out, but it will be a ticket for one. They will pick your partner, not you. Now, if you want to talk UNC to the Big 12, that is another matter.
@@earlygenesistherevealedcos1982 Nope.... a) UNC is the top target of the SEC, so it has leverage to name reasonable +1(s). That CLEMSON had not been as loud or as legally aggressive as FSU suggested early on that there was an alliance. b) NCSTATE's realignment strategy is clearly different from UNC's. It voted for CAL+2 and likely had to commit to staying as part of the expansion. c) There is no feasible chain of events that ends with UNC in the BIG12.
Wish that was true. If Clemson has zero turnovers and klunik complete 65% of his passes, it could be a game into the 4th… but here’s never played a defense like UGA and I think here’s going to make several bad decisions under duress. It is his trademark.
Clemson definitely does not fit in B1G academically. Based on US News Rankins, FSU, on the other hand, is pretty much in the middle of the B1G. I agree with you that the Big 12 does not need Clemson, but they would fit in at the Big 12.
And where in the fuck does everyone get fsu is all that they haven't done shit Clemson hasn't done and furthermore Clemson has the most acc title wins by a wide margin nobody will ever beat that
Ridiculous, Clemson has a golden ticket .
To where?
@@tarheel7406 stay tuned, there's only 1 of two options. BIG OR SEC
The line between Clemson and USC is strong, I don't recall USC ever "carrying the day."
Drake plays his role very well….. maybe he should bring in a Clemson podcaster to debate his stance😂

Misinformation is a big word for LIE!
Clemson brings a lot of eyeballs. Good for ESPN
Drake has zero clue what he is talking about……what a 🤡

Without Dabo they wouldn't be relevant or just another USC

Sec needs to bounce Vandy and auburn.. Big needs to voice Rutgers and Nebraska.. these are dead weights
This dude has never watched college football. Clickbait podcast
Drake calling the ACC "frauds" and Clemson being a bad add somehow whej the Big 12 added Houston and Cincy in 2022.
Buncha horseshit
Locked on Big 12 talks more about ACC teams than Big 12 teams

Always interesting to also note that OK played in a weak football conference yet couldn't win a single game in the 4-team playoff.

How about Florida state? Practicing on hockey teams doesn't always work

Clemson is better than any other team in the Bread Crumb Conference, that includes the Utes who is the best team in the retread conference.
CLEMSON has low brand inertia, as I've been saying for over 2 years. That's why its strategy is to ally with UNC for a coattail to the SEC.

FSU has 16 ACC championships and have been in ACC decades less than Clemson, almost as many in 40 less years.
