Tyler the legend. Don’t even need these tips. I’m here for Tyler. Keep at it bro. Well I do like to catch up on the tips from beginner status eventually every now and then
In my video, I'll show you 30 cornering mistakes I do every ride. :-D Rode for the first time today in about 6 years (I'm 58 now). Had a Service Honda 500 before, bought a KTM EXC 530 since I could plate it and ride it to the track down the street from my house, which happens to be Thunder Valley. Used to ride there all the time...figured it'd be a good place to start practicing again. Uh, no. They tilled it today, and it had these nice big ruts all over the place. Holy crap....couldn't ride worth a damn. Better hit those trails for awhile, first....lol... Great vid, btw.
I have piped over a berm before but I am still new to this clutch thing and I just went up to a 65 Yamaha yt 2 stroke so it is a bit hard but I am getting better
I don’t really get to ride that much but next time I do, I’m gonna try to build a little track out in the country cause we have a skid steer and a couple tractors that will be perfect for moving dirt!
Just finished a ride on a MX practice track. I saved my butt from your lesson on chopping the throttle. But, what I forgot in the turn was looking away from the berm that caused me to head into.
Popping the berm? Yah, Throttling into the turn and unsure how to take it kills it for me. I also just realized I've been chopping the throttle too. I will for sure correct that bad habit. I just liked how the bike jumps when doing it.
I never understood why this is the standard MX cornering technique. With the inside leg stretch so far ahead under the handle bar - isn't this the best position for getting a leg fracture in case you loose grip while turning?
i’ve just got into a crash two days ago casing a jump 😣 i fractured 2 of my ribs and broke my back so now ima have to just watch all my friends and favorite youtubers have fun 🥺
Hey man, i have an issue goin on here, so i often jump one ramp, i go full speed send, and still not gaining that much height, or.. that impressive look, i saw other people jump that ramp with less speed and they have more impressive jump, any tips on how to get better jump?
What I really do miss in this video is looking ahead, if you focus on 1 point in the turn and you never look further you're gonna have trouble doing all the other things.
Tyler, I ride two strokes, new and old (vintage) is there any "adjustment" to this technique or practice drill to accommodate for the two stroke power band?
man I'm gonna be such a good rider with all these tutorials. all i have left to do is actually get a bike..... 😂
Its not that easy. It takes hard work and practice. Not just watching videos
r/wooosh
@@usernaame316 i got one for sale in chicago
I’ve been riding for a few years and it takes lots of hard work and practice
🤣👌
I’m a simple man, I see a lesson from The MX Factory and I click
As an old guy getting back to off road after 45 years on road, I really appreciate and enjoy your training vids
My 3 cornering mistakes:
I can't turn left
I can't turn right
I can't go straight either
Lmao
Well crap. You’re screwed.
Go diagonally then
Cant even let go of the clutch properly, its between stall or a fuckin 180 degree flip
That sucks man you are 100% fucked you need to figure about what is wrong with the bike or figure out what the fuck your problem is
I need to have my kids watch this video because they don’t listen to me 🤦🏻♂️
Hahahaaa !!! :D I know that feeling :DD
When I watch these videos, I always learn why Im such a poor rider. Thanks for the riding lessons.
FOOT IS NOT AN ERROR, IS A WAY OF LIFE #RonnieMac69
Ayyyy bro
uncle ron is fastest man on the planet, he obviously does it right!!!
My cornering was about 6 or 9 times faster when I did it like ron.
Ronnie Mac would be like use that foot like an anchor to corner better..!! Hahahhaha
Intro blowing out a rut like a typcal 2019 4T rider lol
go ask ron how to really corner
Cj Boyle Ron drags his foot when turning, if he does it, I do it.🇺🇸
Berm blastin!

Since watching your videos I’ve been riding SO much better it’s amazing
But Ron says drag your foot
Do what Ron says. For America.
Great vid guys really helped me! I think you should do a sand or deep dirt tutorial
Kicking the ground when leaving a corner makes you go faster FACT
Throttling up when leaving a corner makes you go faster, FACT.
I agree and a little known fact is that if you add black plastics you even go faster! FACT and eating chezzy puffs makes chicks tits grow big FACT
Damn right
FACT. bears eat beets.
JhOdAn QwAcK exactly I’m giving my self a little boost
I have piped over a berm before but I am still new to this clutch thing and I just went up to a 65 Yamaha yt 2 stroke so it is a bit hard but I am getting better
Commiting 100% is my problem.
Same
Finally posted a video again, I never gave up 😂👍

Nice extra video. It was strange as hell not seeing on a bike but the little one did the trick 🙈
THANKS
Awesome video guys, keep it up.
Love MX factory. Thanks for replying to my email aswell 👍

A video idea is to do something with riding in sand and sand tracks. Thanks keep up the good work 👍😎🤘

Hey Tyler. Love all your videos. Question. Does counter steering work in turns with dirt bikes ?
Stole my number- lol you may be AMA but I have ran it since 2001 😂
The examples are priceless lol
gr8 vid
Putting my foot on the ground is my biggest mistake but it also putting my foot up and keeping it up.
Thank you! More subs to you!
Please do a video on berm blasting.
Yeah, I don’t commit sometimes
100% MX i never commit i just pop her in 1st gear and slowly get er up an around

Superuseful. Спасибо!

Speedy recovery bro👍🏻 get back better than ever💪🏻
David Strasky thank you my guy, praying i can get back in business as soon as possible but also as safely too
God I wish you were around 40 years ago when I was doing motocross...
I’m distracted by that beautiful Honda! What were the three things again?🤔

Xbox achievements!! I've done them all
So you're telling me.. that everything i learned by watching ronnie mac.. is wrong?? Seriously though, great tips love your vids.
Nice, goooooon
Tyler, I ride two strokes, new and old (vintage) is there any "adjustment" to this technique or practice drill to accommodate for the two stroke power band?
Don’t ride like a little girl
nice👍👍)👍)👍👍👍
What about your back wheel breaking loose
I can't lean at all my body just wants to go the other way instead of going to lean for a left or a right, how can I fix that issue
What happen to Friday fails
Just not on the shoot list for now...

Left turns are easier for me. Is that because I’m Right handed ???
Is the rental repaired my uncle broke it
New bike bro
oppisite of the last 2 for riding in snow lol
When will the bike build winner be picked
Is it realy a good thing or even nescessary to stretch the leg and put the foot to the front?
You do it, so that the Footpeg can fold up and isnt jammed between the bike and the ground
@@Strasky_96 so its only nessessary when leaning in very deep?
I ask cause i see most people do it every time and others never
@@Andreas-Fischer-1965 If you have your leg up you can also "catch" the bike if the back slips out out of a corner, so a bit of a safety thing too
@@Strasky_96 ok that makes sense, ill check it out, thanks
Only 3? I make more than that!
Leaning fight...
Haha i Legit have a Video if me doing exactly the thing in the thumbnail 🤦🏼♂️
Just drag that foot when you want to win like ronnie mac
I lean too much most the time and just fall over.😂
I think my guy Ron says different.
Gj
I thought you just hold it wide and drag your leg behind @ronniemac69
1:50 not approved by ronnie mac
My top mistake is I don't have a dirt bike to lean on a corner..
Well get one!
Check out this fail guys!
